I just signed back up for Pampered Chef under my original team and I am SO excited!!!! I first signed up in 2016 or 2017 with the Deluxe kit (the old one) and loved it plus I earned tons of free product and even earned back my original investments! I had to take a year off for personal reasons and then COVID happened but I missed it every day! I just ordered the ULTIMATE kit!!! (OMG the excitement is crazy!) With the help of my director, I decided to try to book at least 4 parties before signing up... I booked 6!!! Now I have tons of products, parties on the calendar, and a REAL plan! Thanks for posting these videos... You're right that there aren't enough PC videos on RU-vid!

I'm a consultant and I love that you talked about the team. I belong to a great team! So much support! I was lucky that my best friend joined first and after 2 or 3 months she told me how great it was and I joined as well. If the team wasn't good, she would have quit and I wouldn't have joined.

That’s one of the things I immediately thought of is kit-napping when there wasn’t any obligations to sell once you buy the kits. I thought, “this is to easy”. XD I wouldn’t do that, but I do think about the possibility as a business owner myself.

Don't be fooled by this high energy facade. There are so many contradictions, and here are just a few: You don't need to sell - focuses on how to be a seller You don't lose money - you need to host parties and make X amount to stay active You don't have to pay for the insurance, it just comes out of your commission - that is literally contradictory You coyly state that girls who work under you switched upstream leads as simple as finding you on RU-vid and then asking you - that's not how it works, and you know it It's something to do on the side - you emphasize the endless hours you spend trying to market yourself You make 20% commission - why bother, just start an llc or sell on eBay or easy Talk about how pyramid schemes scare you - you emphasize the hierarchy structure, your hun mother Emma, and how you will make money after a huns you recruit are under you for a while You make money, but neglect to show how much the 20-23 percent commission is on average, in comparison to the active fees, insurance, your market domain, the starter kit, plus paying for the stuff you sell pluss shipping and return costs You're selling a dream and you've gotten sucked into a lie that you're now selling to others.

But you still need to spend $150/month to stay active and only the top makes more the min wage if you calculate for the year
@RebeccaHale
@RebeccaHale 3 года назад
You don’t! $20 or less in 6 consecutive months is what would make you lose consultant status. Pretty difficult if you ask me. Totally not a full time gig for me, it’s my side hustle. I work full time in corporate America as well 👍🏼👍🏼

@@RebeccaHale when you run out of people to add what's your plan?
@RebeccaHale
@RebeccaHale 3 года назад
So it is network marketing. I use my parties to reach new people all the time. I don’t plan on reaching every person on earth by any means but there are plenty of potential customers out there. I have lots of repeat customers with my personal business as well 🤩👍🏼
@SD-hs2pk

@@RebeccaHaleI'm praying you understand what I meant. I'm not sure how else to explain it. in multi level marketing you need to continually put money in and / or add people. But if you look at what you get for doing that only the very top get rewarded in a way that its worth it.

I joined two months ago. Waiting for shipment sucks during this “pandemic”. Customers get iffy when you explain it to them and they push away. Some are understanding. The fact that I gave them 600 bucks in products and only got a check for 70 bucks sucked, i would have to sell $40,000 in products to quit my job. Then again I only joined Pamper Chef to keep adding to my kitchen at great prices! Love the products! Happy that I joined. And just sucks that when you become a consultant, you get your kit within 4 days while your customers wait a month- month and a half.

I totally agree, it can be difficult. Thankfully, shipping will be back to normal starting September 1 with the longest shipping times being only two weeks. These are unprecedented times and I haven’t had any customer issues with shipping thankfully. I do understand your frustration but like I said it will be fixed soon! Good luck to you.

Gabriel Garnica I’m a customer not a consultant, and I can assure you, new customers might back away, but a good customer knows it’s worth the wait. I’ve just received my party shipment that closed 7/25. I can’t wait for the 3 shipments from friend’s parties. Lol I have a little problem. 😂

There will be an update to the starter kits. In September the Ultimate Kit will start having the Air Fryer! Which right now is a hard to get item without hosting a party. Also if your still iffy after this reach out to host a party. If you like it you have the option to save on your kit and join! Good luck everyone and stay safe!

@@RebeccaHale I just thought of this! You might want to put a link to become a consultant and book a party in your description on your video. I'm pretty sure they can send you a message from the website or contact you for more details through the website. I'm also really iffy about giving my phone number out online. Its really scary!

I'm a brand new Consultant. I have Facebook, but don't have but a couple dozen friends on there. I mainly use it just for the Marketplace anyway. With covid restrictions, in-person parties are out of the question. What insight can you provide about doing cooking or product demos on RU-vid? Do you get sales that way? Do you know of other consultants who do well with RU-vid vs doing virtual parties? Or, is the traditional hosting parties the only way to make a decent income with the PC business model?
@RebeccaHale
@RebeccaHale 3 года назад
Hey! My best advice is to create a facebook for just pampered chef. Add random people, add people you know, and don't be shy! If someone doesn't want to host or buy they will tell you. Don't make the decision for your customers, you'll never know if they want PC unless you ask. Facebook is definitely your best bet for sales right now during the pandemic.

Kassandra please look into how much money people average in this field. It’s a pyramid scheme. You have a 95% chance of making under $10,000 a year. You would have better luck with minimum wage.
@RebeccaHale

It’s definitely not for everyone but it supplements my income. I also work a full time job. It’s not a pyramid scheme as no one is making money off of anyone else, I make commission off of products I sell, that’s it.
