I just pulled an F1 light off my VB because it was shorting during heavy rain and causing my ECU to cut throttle. I'll check yours out when the time comes for me to add another one. Keep up the amazing work, dude! Hopefully we get hyper pink and gold star options on emblems at some point. I know, I know... You gotta buy a billion of them to make it worth it, but I had your gray/black emblems on my VB for a while and they were incredible quality. Swapped back to stock emblems for a little pop of color since I sorta blacked out the whole car (whoops). Definitely worth the price of admission for those emblems, though.

I bought the plate relocate kit. It looks perfect after winter in the salt belt.

2017 WRX Premium with 168422 miles on it. Cobb accessport. Tuned to 320 awhp and 300 ft lbs with bolt on parts since new by m45/snail performance and still going. Diode Dynamics is my go to for lights. OLM is notorious for failing quickly, and it has been the wiring for the LEDs. I went through 2 of their F1 lights. Both lasted less than a year. I mean it's not like I'm back there pulling on the wires. $250 done and when I e-mailed them always the same thing: out of warranty. Been using a generic Amazon 3rd brake light going on 2 years with no issues. And the Amazon 3rd light handles being wired with the Diode Dynamics Tail as turn so it flashes with the turn signals. I'm going to give your products a try. Informative videos thanks.

I have been thinking about making exterior mods for my WRX but I've always have a thing about drilling my own car lol. I do always enjoying seeing how cool your WRXs evolve over the years tho. VA and VB alike. If I ended up pulling the trigger on a lip or something JXR will be my choice tho xD.

As someone who is working on a rally build and works for a Subaru dealership and Subaru of New England I appreciate the idea of a more affordable and reliable product. I am working on transforming my VB into a throwback of the older models. Change the lights from white to yellow, get rid of all the black to WRB and old school fog lights, and looking to really make it look like a retro styled rally car with modern appeal. I’ll look to email you about it too because I have yet to see products from other companies that I would really like to see and I think with your background you could make it work.

An upgraded JXR reverse lockout would be a great part to design. Tighter tolerances than stock (to avoid rattle) and maybe make it out of Delrin or some material that also reduces/dampens NVH. Also, I don’t believe there are currently any on the market for the VB/VA. I have an OEM Shifter assembly boxed up sitting somewhere in my garage (from a ‘21 WRX) that I’m sure my wife wouldn’t be sad to see go. 😂

I bought the JXR plate relocation kit and black emblem set, but found out that my state just signed legislation that removes the front license plate requirement 😅 I'm having the shop putting PPF/ceramic coating on my VB this weekend install the badges for me (they offered and I'm sick and tired this week) so I'm excited to see them on there soon! I'm interested in the F1 Light and Rain Guards...you should do a video on the differences with the JXR F1 light and what makes it legal versus other options.

I’ve been shopping for one recently just got my vb about a month ago and I can’t seem to find anything out there that’s for the reg car guy nothing crazy or too outrageous just a simplistic diffuser that carries that same vibe the stock vb has ..! Very admirable that you want to make your own parts, but I imagine as you get bigger and you hire employees perhaps you'll need to charge more

Still torn between selling my 2021 WRX with 70,000 miles with no upgrades or picking up a 2024 and starting a build on the new platform. Or just build out my current WRX. Tough decision.

Talking about price gouging..I haven't been back into tuning cars since I sold my fun cars 5 years ago and have been driving low key stuff..got back into fun cars again and looking at the prices at first I was like wtf happened !!?? Coilovers are ridiculously overpriced. Back in the day I bought a great pair of coilovers for my type r integra and paid 700$ for a top of line pair..now the same pair would be 3500$. I swear they do the 300% rule. They charge the customer 3 times their actual cost. It's like every upgrade for these cars are $800-$2000 average. These companies charging nearly $100 for some fkn emblems or a single rear foglight frankly is just ridiculous. But you have to pay to play I guess and with inflation literally corrupting all markets, of course it hits the market that we all gain immense joy from.

This is surprising. Never even heard of JXR but ill check your stuff out. I appreciate your business model but please take at least a 2% profit for your time spent. Or add a tip ability on your site if you dont have one… or a decal thats priced so we can advertize and sow back into your company
