There is no automatic in the normal petrol variant of sonet.. if you want IMT or DCT then you have to go for 1.0 turbo petrol, the imt starts from htk+ variant and turbo from the htx variant... If you want an automatic car with a normal petrol engine then brezza is the only option.... Dimensions wise both the cars are equally same Features wise sonet has more features than brezza ( adas on sonet is only available in the upper trim gtx+) Look and feel wise brezza will impress you Sonet has scored 3 stars and brezza has scored 4 stars for their safety Now lets talk about the real world feel I have driven both the cars and felt that the 1.0l turbo petrol engine with dct transmission is very fun to drive car compared with the brezza automatic and even the modern and premium design, overall look and feel is really impressive in sonet.. But the suspension is on the stiffer side Brezza on the other hand has a 4 cylinder petrol engine which obviously feels more refined than the sonet, overall vibrations are reduced in brezza... Brezza feels more spacious from inside and it has a decent feature pack and the ride is very comfortable. Sonet interior feels upmarket but it feels congested. Cushioning and comfort is really good but when three persons are seated at the rear then you will feel congested. But there is no such feeling at the rear seat of brezza but i felt the sonet rear seat comfort is better than brezza... And ride comfort is better in brezza

Brezza - Suspension is very comfortable and rear seat comfort is decent Like back comfort is good but the under thigh support is in medium and when you are making three people seated at the rear then there is no such issue Sonet- Suspension is on the stiffer side and the rear seating comfort is really good in all the aspects like back support under thigh support but seating three people at the rear will not be soo comfortable The mileage is 15-19 kmpl for the brezza and 11-14 kmpl for the sonet

Features in sonet htx plus is slightly more than venue nline Engine specs are the same and so is the driving experience but i will suggest you if you are going for Kia Sonet then go for dct - Sonet is slightly more wide than venue but only in numbers.. in reality you will have problems in seating three people at the rear in both the vehicles. The updated safety and new looks makes sonet the perfect buy for you and your family.

If you are looking for a petrol engine , then go for tata nexon creative plus (both diesel and petrol engines available, either go for dca or manual) or if you are looking for a diesel engine , then go for sonet htx plus ( you will get turbo petrol as well as diesel engine)

Tata Nexon feels big when compared to Kia Sonet In Tata Nexon you get a wide variety of transmission option when compared to Kia Sonet If you want a Diesel Engine you will get more refined engine in the Kia Sonet If you want a Petrol engine then the Tata Nexon engine feels more reliable and refined and the 7 speed DCA feels more responsive as compared to Kia Sonet In terms of ride quality Tata Nexon is the best In terms of features both the cars offers almost same features In terms of looks and feel, Tata Nexon is way more better than Kia Sonet Verdict Tata Nexon will be perfect for you
