I did visit Pakistan in 2017, in fact I married my sweet Pathan husband In Peshawar. I fell in love with the people there they were so kind to me. I was being invited to people's homes for dinner and they didn't even know me. When I got back to the U.S people would ask me about my trip and I couldn't say enough about this wonderful beautiful land. It's the people that make Pakistan so great.

I am British Bangladeshi, I've visited Pakistan a couple of years ago and stayed there for a month to celebrate my friends wedding and I absolutely loved it, I felt like I was in Bangladesh but everyone speaks a different language, I was able to communicate with the locals as I can speak urdu and also understand Punjabi, I was surprised to meet a few people Bengali people in Pakistan who have actually settled there many years even some before the divide of East Pakistan (Now Bangladesh) and they chose to remain there and call it their home, it's a beautiful country and InShaAllah I'd love to visit again some day ❤️

Beautiful country and beautiful people! As an Indian that lives abroad, it boggles my mind that both of our countries are still at odds with each other. Indians and Pakistanis living abroad pretty much live like one community - we're friends with each other, go to each others' houses for food, play cricket together, celebrate each other's festivals etc. It's just so much easier to connect with Pakistanis than any other nationality for us. We truly are one people separated by a border. I hope the day comes when we are like US and Canada or Australia and New Zealand.

I have been to Pakistan for 2 weeks last December for my wedding and I am in complete awe at the people. The most hospitable I've ever met! The real highlight of my trip is the people, experiencing the people. We've been in a lot of places and most of the time, they didn't want us to pay for anything.
