THE TRUTH About The "SECRET" Meeting That Led Rory & Mal To Leave The Joe Budden Podcast 

Coworkers are always going to vent to each other about work related stuff, doesn’t mean it’s plotting moves against you or being secretive. There are certain conversations you’re not going to have with your boss.

If you read between the lines you can see that these dude's lying. Alex is straight lying and Saivon is being pulled into the lie. Rory & Mal have spoken about this meeting before. They said the staff was saying they was overworked and underpaid and Rory said he would come out of his own pocket and pay these dudes more. This is straight fact, because Joe even confirmed this but said he was tight because he felt rory was trying to undermine him. Alex says ' i was confused why they was talking to us, what am i guna do' exactly homie, they wasn't talking to you, YOU was talking to THEM. Saivon even admits at around 6min mark that he felt overworked and underpaid and was uncertain of the jbp future due the joe rogan deal. Joe says 'go ahead, snitch on yourself get it out the way' implying even he knows this was the staff complaining to rory and mal.. not the other way around in short, the Alex dude is foul, spinning the narrative.

Parks is the type who goes and tells management that the workers were trying to unionizes all while he’s the one who stands to gain the most from unionizing 🤣

If it wasn't a secret meeting then why was it a issue that parks said something? If it's not a secret then it's no problem to just tell Joe. This is why friends and work can get real tricky and if there are issues the staff needs to have staff meetings and be able to express themselves to Joe on issues. All issues aren't valid either just because u are working harder then usual doesn't always mean u are underpaid sometimes at the job you have to do more work then usual for the business to be successful and sometimes it's less work to do but does that mean u should get paid less.
