100 Five Minute Meals is a channel about a lifestyle that will enhance health and longevity. Our goal is to give you ideas that you can incorporate into your own life. But in addition to food advice, cooking techniques, shopping strategies, kitchen hacks and strategies to use when you're home, we also go on the road to visit truly unique world heritage sites. And of course, we explore the healthy cuisine that each place has to offer. Learn how to order in any restaurant and still follow your health and fitness goals.
Exercise and fitness are key to a long healthy life. As a 76-year-old who still rides my bike through the mountains of Costa Rica, I've got some simple tips on how to stay fit, mobile, and injury-free as you age.
Some of our videos are documentary-style, some are kitchen how-to, and some are podcasts. Soon well try live streaming to see if there is an audience for that.
