11th ed story beat: Heresy II. All primarchs return. The Imperium is rent by schism as Guilliman, el’Jonson and Russ establish fiefs, each claiming the mantle of imperial regent. No Xenos codexes have to be written for 4 years. 18 all new Space Marine chapter sprues are issued.

Nah that’s rubbish! If the new codex claims them to be sons of Dorn I’d put that down to PR, lies, or misleading claims to hide the truth. I’d go by the internet if Eadwine Brown and Alan Bligh intended as they created them and wrote nearly all their background and gave plenty of hints of Iron Warriors in the Minotaurs background.

In my opinion the loyalist chapters with such origins is that they are founded from loyalist cells from the heresy and it's their geneseed being used because they defied their primarch once.

I still reckon in more recent lore they came from that surviving Thunder Warrior, Arik Terranis, who was a crime lord during the siege of Terra. He captured geneseed from bunch of Astartes known as the Outcast Dead during the siege and apparently used their geneseed to cure the thunder warrior defiencies - he was accompanied by a gang of other surviving Thunder Warriors who presumably were cured and we have thus far heard nothing more about. Oh also some of the Outcast Dead had stolen Custodes weapons.. guess what Asterion Moloch carries? Also Arik's gang's iconography looked a LOT like the Minotaur's chapter sigil.

I can’t wait until Abaddon and Black Legion are fighting some random primarius chapter space marine, and comes across one without a helmet on and boom! It’s another little Horus and then he start tearing through bodies on the battlefield, finally finding an apothecary biologist and interrogating him about who is their Genefather and watching Abbdon mind breaking as he see flashbacks of all the brothers he lost and Horus, realizing there are new lunar wolves in the galaxy he must eradicate them …but also use the new geneseed to make more chaos marines

TBF the IW never really fell to choas. Perturabo only sided with Horus out of shame for his home world falling into rebellion and him decimating the populace with his sons. the bitterness so RIGHTLY aimed at the wall building yellow bois was because the IW were always sent to the hardest sieges and received little praise, where as Dorn was always favoured and not tested as hard. DAMN those ultramarines for coming to the rescue!

Theoretical: The "immunity to chaos" claimed about the Primaris could simply being able to ignore their primarchs. Theoretical: Primaris Marines have already shown to occasionally have their chapter's gene curses. Practical: Primaris Marines may still develop primarch loyalty do to gene seed mutation.

Yeah, the issue there is that, what the original author said 10 years ago genuinely has no weight now. GW themselves aid everything published before the Dark Imperium Trilogy and Indomitus was to be considered subject to change. There also has not been any new Minotaur content for years. Assuming the Minotaurs still exist in canon? They're going to exist in whatever capacity GW says they do. And if that's as Imperial Fist successors? Oh well.

Well it is in fact denying loyal elements of traitor legions a chance of redemption. We have cases in which marines from traitor legions rang their allegiance true to the Emperor despite everything. Dantioch comes to mind and his friendship with Alexis Polux. As well brotherhood of a thousand, that strangely carry a W sign much like pre-heresy thousand sons?

Limiting primaris to loyalist primarchs out of fear they join chaos is a dumb take. Some of the more loyalists astartes come from traitor background and have resisted, refused or recovered from it. Notably Grey Knights or Inquisition. Its the same for "Unknown primarch" chapters. Most were second foundings because they were loyalists forces of traitor legions who rebelled and joined the Imperium. Lets not also forget that some parts of loyalists legions had traitor tendencies (ultramarines, dark angels and white scars)

I heard/read somewhere they may have Chimeric Gene-seed, which I feel is the case for all the Chapters that are hinted at being from the Traitor Legions. The mixed DNA being how they will get that line's pros without Primarch influence. In this scenario I think they are part Iron Warriors & part Dark Angels.

Traitor legions had a lot of loyalists that where purged during the heresy. I dont think theres any correlation between the loyalty of one chapter and whos their gene father
