Yi Jin Jing and Xi Sui Jing are basically moving meditations and Xi Sui Jing building on Yi Jin Jing. They are separate but in a way inseparable 😅 Yi Jin Jing 's focus is more on the health part, i. e. breathing, body alignment (stretching) and Mind with a little bit of strengthening the body as well as relaxing it. Xi Sui Jing needs a relaxed body already. It focuses more on breath and mind. I'm reading your books one after the other. I also practice WC and find it very helpful. I love your take on structure and internals. I had to fly to Taiwan to learn what you're talking about. There are some hidden treasures. My Taiwanese Stfu can explain it in detail. My Sifu here in Europe "has" the structure and internals but can't explain it.
