@@bleghbabe97 i dont think colleen loves maisy more than wesley, but i do get where youre coming from when you say that people talk about her more. ive always thought that was kinda weird but i dont think we should look at moments where people admire maisy to bring wesley up. maybe a separate comment talking about him would work instead? like, that defeats the point of colleen and the twins’ entire family trying to give them their own individuality.
@@evangel222 totally agree with you! I make separate comments about all of the kids all of the time, there’s no reason to assume the other two aren’t cared about when someone mentions one!

I love that most people got each twin separate presents! As a twin myself I remember how frustrating it was to have to share every present with my twin sister. 😂 but they forget we are two different people.

Even so, when she says she’s just throwing small parties together for her family she does an amazing job. She’s so good at making her decorations and pulling a theme together. Her parties always look like so much fun.
@@AS-rm8wv No, talent is what I said and what I meant. She’s very crafty, and as I said above, even her small family parties are always super cute with her homemade decorations and such. She can pull a theme together really well in my opinion. What others choose to believe isn’t any of my business.
wow. it just hit me that the twins are A YEAR OLD!! i can’t believe it. it feels like just yesterday they were tiny babies in the nicu, and now they’re happy, talking, and crawling around. colleen, i’m so proud of you. you’ve been the best mom ever for the twins, staying by their side in the nicu and fighting to get them out. i’m so proud of how far you’ve come, and i know this is just the beginning of a long journey. cheers to one year!! 🥂
i think Trisha was just stressed & stuff back then, but i also think it was just a character she played a bit too. i think she seems a lot happier ever since she's had her baby i feel like.
I teared up watching them sing happy birthday to the twins. To think of where this little family was a year ago and where they are now. It makes me so happy to see the twins so happy and healthy. 💜

This was such an aesthetically pleasing birthday party. Colleen says she just throws this stuff together but holy moly. So much went into the decor/games/ stuffing ducks. Etc. looks so fun ❤ can’t believe they’re one already
right! she's always saying she just like messily whips stuff up but this was coordinated and planned super well. she always comes up with fun activities and decor
Flynn is such a silly little dude. I couldn’t stop laughing whenever he got the tape stuck on his foot and was trying to get it off. He’s got such a funny personality. He reminds me of Miranda sometimes. I’ve loved watching him grow up. I can’t wait for Maisy & Wesley to get to that age but I cannot believe that they are a year old now.

After Flynns 1st birthday he developed so quickly it seemed like it was like developing skills by the minute and we saw it all happen. Maisy and Wesley have already started the mile a minute and it's going to be awesome when they are all running around together. Will Flynn be starting kindergarten/reception school soon?
This entire video was so wholesome, I was smiling ear to ear. But seeing Trish, Moses, and Mailbu there sent me to the feels department. What a beautiful environment. Edit: I just got to the part where they showed Trish/Moses gift and I swear, Trish knows how to give gifts. It was right on point where it shows she was thinking of the kids and not trying to be extravagant but still over the top and perfect.

A year ago I was crying on my couch watching your vlogs for comfort cause my husband had to be away for work for a long time and now I'm crying on my couch watching this video because the babies and all of you have come so far and my husband is with me and life is wonderful! Yeah I'm not a big fan of Trisha, but it was nice to see her around these kind, down to earth type of people. I think it's good for her to have that influence. She's seems socially isolated in her regular life!

I really just love how respectful, mature, thoughtful and genuinely caring all the kids in the whole family are and always have been since I first started watching when all of them were itty bitty. Shows how good all of them parent and truly love their kids. Love this

I have been here for a while I used to watch a lot of the main channel vids and then near the start of the pandemic I watched the vlogs like everyday, seeing your family grow and the milestones your kids have gone through is amazing. sadly my school has been very crazy so I am behind on the vlogs but I am excited to start watching them again over break.

Just wanted to say I am so blessed for you & Erik and your podcast. I lost my grandpa unexpectedly last night to a heart attack and I could not sleep. I turned on the podcast and closed my eyes and was finally able to sleep for 2-3 hours before nannying today. Love you both so much.

Yay. I love that Colleen was sweet enough to invite Trish and that she actually came. It shows how supportive they are towards each other. We've seen Trish struggle with so much with her interpersonal relationships due to her BPD which must be so exhausting and lonely sometimes so I think her being there just shows how comfortable she must feel with Colleen. Love that they both feel comfortable enough with each to be on their mum journey together 🤗
One of the things I've seen twin parents do on birthdays, which is so cool, is sing happy birthday twice. So they each have their individual time to be the spotlight.
