This November, The US will elect its 47th President. The last weeks have shifted the dynamics of what is widely regarded as a highly consequential election, and the most recent polls point to a small democratic lead. Which foreign policy could we expect if Kamala Harris is elected, and how does her foreign policy agenda differ from the Republican candidate, Donald J. Trump? What impact could the election have on Russia’s war in Ukraine, and to what extent has President Bidens administration contributed to Ukraine’s ability to protect itself from Russian aggression?
