also remember that environment and the people you surround yourself with no matter how much they mean to you or how safe and comfortable the space is, it doesn't mean it's a healthy space or a healing space and people can fuck you up mentally more than you think bc that's when you get in your head and overthink and become your own worst enemy, then it's self destruction all over again. So stepping out of that eara and out of that comfort zone to get help and go to rehab is really good. ❤❤❤

I'm proud of you, but me saying I'm proud of you doesn't mean it matters, what matters is that you as your own being should be proud, you should be proud of how far you've come and how truly stong you are for sharing this vulnerable side as well as hardest parts of life, your life. I also suffer from addiction and life hasn't been the best but choosing to deal with it and getting better, choosing to heal is amazing, it's inspiring. Cigarettes and coffee really help with staying clean ik ur not meant to tell people to pick up smoking but it was a literal life saver for me
