Awesome warm up. I have been struggling with hip tightness. I used to just do a quick 5 minutes cardio warmup but now this will be my go to warmup routine for leg day👍 thank you 🙏

I had a full hip replacement have subsequent soft tissue adjustment issues. After spending 1,000's of $$ on physio, chiro, PRP, and massage, these exercises to be the best medicine. Thanks Jack!

Quarantine has me sitting for so much longer every day than I used to. These hips are tight and it took a while to feel the glutes fire. I'm hopeful that this warm-up will help me get back into leg day with my intentions on the right things. "Regress to progress" is my mantra this month. Thank you!

I've been having issues with my hips and lower back ever since starting a desk job. Tried this today before squats and felt great! I'm going to keep using this thank you Jack!
