This is very useful and nice. I was struggling with the recoil but now with the FOV settings is much better. And i gained like 20-30 FPS average, wich is incredible

Thank you, great guide, I'm using these for months now. Unfortunately a couple of days ago the cfg won't load up correctly I don't know why, I changed nothing. I have less FPS and the weapon skins look more detailed, that's how I noticed something is not ok. Maps are more foggy, etc. I just set up these settings the same way I did before but it's not working. Any idea what just happened or how can I fix this?

I've always used middle mouse button for reload. Thinking being, if it's on R, then I have to use my strafe right finger for reload. Obviously I'm not shooting if I'm trying to reload, so my pointer finger is free at that moment.

To turn off Botion Blur u must go in Documents/Bfv/Settings then open PROFSAVE_profile & PROFSAVE_backup_profile change the following setting to: GstRender.MotionBlur 0.010000 its not complete off but 0.01%

Hey I did everything as described in the video but objects seem to ''move around'' in the game when i put motion blur to 1% is this supposed to happen? It doesnt do this when I put motion blur to 0%

The config gave me better performance which is why I've had it on for so long, but one thing it did was bug out the lighting/textures in the squad screen and even gun preview screen in the menu. I'm aware it's mostly just a map lighting issue for the squad screen which I can live with, but I've watched other videos with people who use the config where the gun textures all seem perfectly fine and normal and I'm wondering which setting changes that then. My gold guns are a awful brown, and basically any shiny skin like chromed out or blued is just a dark blob. Even wood textures are awful and ugly. Any way to get guns back to looking good or is that caused by the main command which turns AA off?

Help, the second comand in the config file: "worldrender.lighttilecspathenable 0" results in some weird graphics bug. When i load into a game i am able to hear all the audio (gunfire, footsteps etc) and i can see my HUD partially but everything else is essentially a black screen. Same in the menu, i can see all the options like play, your company, armory etc but everything else is black...

Coefficient at %0 only good for using lower end sight's 1/3x basically slows your aiming speed down making it easier to control recoil but can't flick 180 unless u like swiping your mouse of the DESK kekw .When u want to sniper with higher zoom you get the effect of a slow drag aim not good for quick flicking target to target so depends i come to understand it more now i found 100% is just right or default and i play on 800 dpi aswell just preference at the end of the day i don't like dragging my mouse along my mat so far... 100% just right for me. This settings reminds me when i use to tune BF4 on console with the deadzone aiming with the Aim assist like soft cheating tbh no wonder i had 5-6kd on xbox back in the day :D

I have played at both 178 and 0 coefficient before and with 1x-2x scope you can def be allot more accurate at 0 coefficient when its on. Your mouse movements on the pad seem to correlate more accurately where the crosshair goes on your screen. The problem I kept running into was when I tried to use 3x scope was that it became a hindrance as I wasnt always able to keep up with targets for being too slow. Its really a toss up. If you play with mostly 1x-2x scope then 0 is infinitely better, but 3x scope it becomes harder to keep with the target while aiming, because it feels allot slower. 178 coefficient is better for 3x scope and longer ranges and for some odd reason you can control the recoil allot better with that setting too.

@@kaisersion7003 If your coefficient is 0 then you will probably have to increase your sensitivity, because everything is allot slower when the coefficient is at 0. I am at 400dpi and I had to have my sens in game around 20 when the coefficient was at 0 and it was still pretty slow and felt low sens especially when using 3x scope.

one other thing about the TAA fix. this might not work for People Using AMD gpu's so keep that in mind aswell guys! my old Rx4xx Card wasnt workin with that.. idk about the new Cards so you need to try that

@@EndersFPS I selected game name and entered 1200 DPI. Distance block is empty. How did you find out you were 33.5 distance? Does it show that somewhere? Great video btw. Also, quick question for you....this NVidia control panel....when I set everything up and click apply, then close it and reopen it. Everything is back to the way it was. Do we have to do that every time before we play the game?

Prerender? what are you talking about lol. Future frame rendering? You literally need that for framerate. If you turn it off, no matter what system you have, you are going to lose insane amounts of FPS.

@@EndersFPS Yea... not really. On my pc in dx12 turning prerender doesn't change performance, except imput lag. I'm loosing 30 fps just by switching to dx11. And by turning prerender in dx11 I'm gaining 15 fps compared to dx12. 15 is not really something I would call "insane". But you are still killing your response time. And not by low amount, imput lag is almost double on my pc. So you are saying to me that this 15 fps is worth doubling the imput lag. Obviously I would call it riddiculous. Besides, getting low settings 1440p with rtx 3090 means if game can even process it, you should have riddiculous amount of fps, if your pc is ballanced. 600fps won't get you much more than 400 fps, but imput lag will still hurt your response time. If your fps is at least 1,5x your refresh rate, you can slap some sort of anti-lag on it and you have everything you need. Eventually what is sometimes worth more than better imput lag is some sort of adaptive refresh rate for those 0,1% fps drops, but it depends. Anyway, if your rtx works much better on noffr dx11 then there's something wrong with it. Only thing that would benefit by switching to dx11 is when your cpu is not good enough.

Not everyone has a high-end video card, unfortunately. Mine in particular is an Nvidia Geforce GTX 980m on my Alienware 15 laptop. So, the model of graphics card that I'm using is in the mid-range. Probably to have both quality and performance at the same time without losing either one is to put all of the graphics settings set to "Medium" Hopefully, if I'm correct. But, who is the expert about video cards for PC gaming these days?

It's a Mix between low/mid/high on different settings. I have a Laptop with rtx2060 and i7 9750h, so midrange too, and i'm getting between 90-130fps, depending on map and playmode, but I didnt use this Guide yet, so I hope i'll get a few more fps on top

That's probably because you have Windows set not to show file extensions, which is the default. Fear not. If you want to double check that the file is indeed named "user.cfg", here's what you need to do: with the game folder open, at the top you should see a menu that says "File - Home - Share - View". Click on "View", then make sure the "File name extensions" is checked. If the name of the file is the right one you're golden and can deselect the checkbox. Or you can leave it on, just be aware that if you rename a file, you'll need to make sure you don't also accidentally change its extension, because that's a side effect of having that checkbox selected.

@@EndersFPS thats not totally true depends on which filter you use if you just use color and sharpen for example it dont reduce your fps and brightness/contrast neither does but details make you lose like 10-20 fps :) all these 4 combined give you the clearsest visiblity but u can also see enemys without filter it just makes things easier

USA coef at 0% isn't 'mathematically THE BEST SOLUTION' and the guy that you linked didn't even explain it well... I'm not gonna argue about it but if anybody wants to know more - I can maybe share a link to the source, but TL;DR - there's no best solution and all of those available are inaccurate in a certain way. The best part is that the difference at 1x, ads fov on is that you won't notice any difference. TheNoobPolice (DICE dev who implemented USA) explained it in details on BF forums and also said: " In order to understand this, you first need to realise that it is impossible to have equal sensitivities at different zoom levels due to the way 3D/2D conversion happens on screen. This is pure physics and can't be worked around with existing technology."

Low settings = higher FPS = smoothest and best experience for multiplayer games. You don't want a multiplayer game to run like dogshit. Lower FPS means the games FEELS worse because of higher input lag due to higher frametimes. Ultra settings are reserved for singleplayer games

@@EndersFPS Dude I have a GTX 1660 Super and I can play this game on high settings and still get stable 75 FPS (optimal for my monitor). If I can archieve that I really don't think you need to put everything on low with a RTX 3090 to have the "best experience for multiplayer games" lmao... (Btw higher FPS only mater if your monitor refresh rate is high enough).

@@EndersFPS because it doesn't change it for all the factions of all the game.. so for instance let's say ur playing a medic for the Americans and u arm yourself with the mp40 and smoke grenade laundry.. if you have this setting turned on, then yes it will change it to the two things I meantioned, but only for the allies to America but then for Japan or Russia u have to go in and readjust again. that's only if u remember to do so.. so the setting itself is misleading. This is why I think it's useless, but this is my opinion.. it should be a universial change to all factions for the class that you edited out.
