@@Rodikaku65why not the eggs cook fast if you put raw bacon and sausage in with raw eggs the eggs will get done long before the bacon and sausage and cooked bacon is uses in many recipes that has eggs in it. I would be worries if she throw raw bacon and sausage in with the raw eggs...
@@UnKnown-zy1km in general, putting uncooked and cooked meats or certain foods together is a health risk. She could've made this dish way better overall
@@UnKnown-zy1km putting in all of them raw is actually 100x more safe rather than combining raw and cooked foods together. Like if you're doing a breakfast casserole and everything in there is raw before entering the oven, its totally fine. But cooking food and then adding raw food on with it is terrible especially when its not even being fried. Fried would make more sense but baking takes longer.
This stuff tastes 100 times better when you cook the eggs and potatoes first. I know youre trying to make stuff fast and easy but the taste is not nearly as good as it could be and you also risk getting sick from pouring raw eggs and frozen ingredients in a tortilla
Raw eggs are cooked very well in these dump recipes its not the eggs that would get you sick but if you put raw meat in with cooked eggs then you have something to worry about. Many people eat raw eggs just about every body builder makes a raw egg protein drinks for building muscles. The chances of getting sick from a raw egg is low but these raw eggs are very well cooked in the recipe. By your standards you better not eat any cake donuts bread biscuits or any other recipe that calls for raw eggs. You don't need to pre cook eggs before using them... Haven't you people ever eaten a omelet you put cooked meat like bacon sausage into the eggs while still raw in the pan. Why can't you do the same in the oven
@@UnKnown-zy1km if you dont know the difference between making an omlette in a frying pan and placing raw eggs on tortillas and burying it in frozen potatoes in the oven, i dont think it matters much what i say to you... All those ingredients arent cooking instantly like in a hot pan. They are soaking at various temperatures in a casserole dish, developing bacteria. The only saving grace is that it bakes at 350+ for a good 40 minutes but its gonna taste like trash compared to just cooking these ingredients normally and safely. But you do you. Dont listen to me. Have fun!
Justine your tortilla breakfast looked delicious. You said you liked asagio cheese. At United Market Street here in Lubbock Texas they sell an artisan bread called "Asagio with black pepper ". You can get a loaf at their bakery inside the store and have them slice it or leave it unsuited. I have bought it lots of time and toasted it with butter. It is delicious. You could do that and toast it with adagio cheese. All that melted cheese and add more black pepper. Thank you for your recipe. 🌹 Della
