This has been a great series to watch. There were great and memorable moments to remember. Thank you Stephen and Mal!

Well done, Stephen and Mal!My first time doing this battle, I was playing as Bandana Dee and my girlfriend (new to Kirby games) was Kirby. We lost the first run, and for the only time in our playthrough, we swapped so I was Kirby. When we retried the battle, we had no more buffs and no second life bar. But we managed to barely win after spending several minutes 1-2 hits away from death (thank you Morpho Knight healing). I will say that the boss is much longer and less forgiving with no buffs, especially since you will likely lose your sword beam early on. Props to Stephen for catching on to boss' attacks so quickly and dodging them, and props to Mal for going ham with Bandana Dee.

Hm... I'm with Mal on the subject of charging for big sword vs just attacking. With the amount of time Stephen spent charging, he could have just attacked and felled the bosses faster. In some cases it can be justified if he hits the enemies with the charged sword strike, but he was so far away in most cases... Oh but yeah, GGs on "clearing" Forgotten Land!

Given all the dialogue and explanations in the game, it's implied everything you do in is canon to Kirby Lore. None of the previous games' 'what if' scenarios. Just straight, it all happened even post game is 'it just takes place in other dimensions'

So I mentioned the missing Morpho Knight lore last episode. There's a reason- Canonically, Elfilis is so stubborn and refused to die that it ABSORBED MORPHO KNIGHT'S DNA to stabilize itself. That's right- Elfilis just tricked essentially the Grim Reaper that collects souls that stay past their time to stay around longer. And even to the last moment it refused to die. The exact specifics on the light left behind after fighting Chaos Elfilis differ on region, but generally, it's that Elfilis refused to die even in that little state. The reasoning for joining Elfilin are... Very not specific.

This game has always been a weird balance of cute and dark. Like you have this little pink kirby saying "POYO!" and "HAIIII!!" and he has a butterfly sword. But then you're fighting a shadow sun nuclear demon from the pits of hell.

This series was great. A joy to watch from beginning to end. I loved every decond of it and I can't wait to see what's next. Also Stephen figured out that rock pillar attack way faster than anyone I've seen do that fight before. Great job on beating the ULTIMATE CUP Z and on an amazing LP.

Now that the book has been closed on this title, what will be next? Will it be a fairly new title? or an older title? It is Friday, so perhaps tonight's broadcast shall reveal the answer.

11:30 Yeah you can Clash with Meta Knight. If you win the clash you disarm him and he's stunned. If you lose, you lose half your health. Also in the regular version of MetaKnight and you can get early access to the Meta Knight sword if you disarmed him. You'll still need to pay Waddle Dee to make the sword upgrade though.

Such a fun let’s play for a very fun game. I haven’t finished all the extra stuff yet but this is most fun I’ve had playing a Kirby game in a long time

I don't think this "True arena" is that hard personally. Only thing to make it more manageable was buff Gigant Sword to Max. Noble Ranger at Max Power also gets the job done to.

I have faith that one day you guys will 100% a Kirby game that you LP. There's still plenty of great one like Dreamland 3, Triple Deluxe, Return to Dreamland, and Planet Robobot out there so I know you guys can do it! Regardless the LP was still very good for the most part (steamrolling bosses with buffs aside)!
