Thanks for the video. Just a friendly suggestion; I had to rewind several times to see the range statistics you put in the video, since you only show them for like 1-2 seconds. Maybe show them long enough for one to be able to read them word for word.
appreciate the noise insulation Decibel meter test, however I would've liked to see comparison between Kuga and competitors like Tucson/Tiguan/Sportage/Cx-5... you compared with premium luxury brands which are not even in the same price range as the Kuga...

thanks for comment. So I'm using information from official page. As far as I'm concerned this power cannot be combined because system efficiency is different than each individual motor. How Ford calculates it I don't know. But this data is double checked so should be right 🙂
@@MariuszCars Yes, is powerful but I make a test drive with Kuga PHEV and RAV PHEV and on the German autobhan but 180kmh was the RAV4 was a lot of louder sounds in the cabin came from the wheels, the wind, and the back of the trunk was much quieter. What was you experience?
Hello my friend. You can drive up to 130 km/h or 80 mph on electric mode only. I would say it's quite convenient. Our speed limits on the highways in Norway is only 110 km/h or 68 mph. therefore speed limit on electric mode is more than enough. Cheers :D
@@MariuszCars ah ok its so good its different on the automatic charge because you can select electric only. but the charge of the battery of a little to wait its about 4 to 6 hours of full charge. hownmany kilomiters in full charge?
manufacturer is claiming 56 km of range on fully charged battery. my test showed around 50 kms so it's close :) But range depends from many things so may be different in different scenarios :)
Hi Jesus, thanks for question. To fully charge battery from wall plug you need around 6 hours, but if you have wall charger it will take only around 4 hours. Have a great day :)
that is totally fine. These batteries are even charged when slowing down, so basically multiple times during the trip. Naturally range will drop over the years, but should not much, maybe 7% max over 5 years.
generally speaking no issues found. everything was running perfectly, gearbox smooth, no external noise. In this case I would say one of the best choices on the market. I would say it's really good choice. If I remember correctly I was a bit disappointed in price of solar roof. And also worth checking is the electric range in your location, but in most parts of the world range should be better than in Norway. Good luck with buying new vehicle!
Hi Bartosz, thanks for the comment. Well, in Norway 110km/h is the fastest legal speed allowed on the highway. Mostly is 100km/h. I would not risk a ticket, to expensive 🤪 take care 😁

I used to drive a Ford C-Max phev and I was getting about 40 kn max, on a 7,7 kw battery and getting anywhere between 2000-5000 km per tank(50 litres);I’m thinking to order the new escape phev here in Canada, but didn’t have a chance to test drive it since there’s nothing available, only factory orders! If I can average about 60 km on ev mode I would definitely buy one; what’s your opinion? Thanks
being realistic you might get the same what i got in the video 40-50km, but there is also a trick, if you precondition the car sooner plugged in to wall charger, a/c on etc and drive in summer, then you might get 50-60km realisticly, with great weather and smaller tires maybe above 50kms
in winter the range will drop significantly, maybe down to 40 km with heavy foot and bad weather, however preconditioning the car will increase the range, the question is when the electricity prices are the best and if it's wort it to charge during pick hours etc. I would say the bigger battery the better range, 7.7kWh will not make miracle...
Yes, Exactly, I was wondering to make kind of prank from acceleration part, for instance going to drink coffee or taking lunch in between, but in general I don’t know what was behind idea of making this vehicle quite slow….cheers 😁
@@Triumphstreettriplewheelies I think pulling power is quite decent. In terms of pulling the trailer it should be 750km for trolley without brakes and 1500kg with brakes.
