Thanks Wendy for sharing this recipe ... would like to try it out ... Please let me know the amount of lemon juice in ml / tbsp / tsp used in this recipe as the size of the lemons we get in India and those available in Canada differ vastly. It would also be very helpful, if in your future recipes, you could consider this aspect. The same goes with onions, tomatoes, potatoes etc ....Thanks once again and God bless!!!

We usually along with the other marination add salt. You've not added salt to the marination repertoire. Thank you all the same. Wish you all the best

I added salt when boiling the potatoes. Salt is always to taste, so if you like, you could definitely add more salt. Enjoy!
