Did u use Legal Zoom for ur LLC? A friend recommended them, but I wish I waited.

@@notasmuchasnotas yes. I have used them in the past but the fees have gone up quite a bit. Most of the extra offers are not necessary and can be declined. You do need an EIN to register on Sam.gov and to get a business bank account set up

The System for Award Management (SAM) allows businesses to add multiple NAICS codes to cover different services or products they provide. 4. It’s likely a conflict of interest if you take on a contract from a part of the government that also works with your company. They should do their due diligence though and figure that out before accepting your bid.
