Hi Shane, I'm a fan of your content. I have a 2,5cm leg length discrepancy (anatomical, not functional!) and it's causing me a lot of problems in my hips, lower back, and spine. I am stretching, mobilizing and doing tissue massage daily but it's not really improving... What do you suggest?
If it's truly anatomical, have you tried insoles? I'd definitely keep up the TSR/mobility/strength work...but some people say the elevated insoles help.
