1:20 is absolutely EVERYTHING!!! Somewhere out there, Elizabeth's former vocal coaches must have fainted! I don't even listen to extreme metal, but the juxtaposition of Elizabeth, with all her knowledge, making THOSE noises is just the best!

Elizabeth, I just finished your extreme vocal warmup course with Will and Chris, and I just wanted to say thank you! Your technicality and study of the vocal toolbox has opened up a world of intention and possibility for me. I'll admit, I didn't start following your channel until I took this course, but lemme tell ya...I was missing out on literally everything. Hopefully in my journey forward, your instruction will help me evolve from "happy accidents" into my own, full, unchained voice, and to use it in exactly the ways I've always dreamed. I've been screaming in all the wrong ways, and to have a free, accessible introduction into this dark world has been nothing short of life changing. One day I'll embark upon the full quest. I don't use much screaming in my own music (yet to be released...), but I'll consider myself that much capable thanks to your hard work and great instruction. And who knows, maybe with practice, it'll come more naturally and creatively to me. Rock on 🤘🏽

Why wife has been saying for years she wanted to learn how to growl for fun. She's sang her whole life, acapella in college, cover bands the works. When Will started doing the collab work with Elizabeth I showed it to her and she was pumped. Course came out yesterday, and she bought it yesterday. LFGGGGGG!!!!!

Will is totally right on the fun aspect. When I first started learning how to scream, it was brutal, for both my throat and my parents who had to listen to it downstairs. The moment I started to feel improvement, it got more and more fun. I mean, being able to make Hellspawnish sounds with ease?? How ridiculously fun is that? Once you get to the point where you stop hurting your throat, that's when it gets REALLY fun!

We needed a very professional course like this with a modern extreme metal singer.

It took me a decade or more to learn to do these type of vocals I got the Melissa Cross DVDs to help so I wouldn't damage my cords it's fun and I'm happy to see more people are taking interest in the art now.
