Hi everyone, I added a written recipe in the description box below ⬇️ Hope it helps. Will continue doing so going forward since some of you have been asking 💕
Was running late getting home, had fresh asparagus and a pound of defrosted shrimp in the fridge. Found this recipe after a Google search, followed the recipe exactly as shown. Within 1/2 hour it went from raw to being served - family ate every shrimp and spear of asparagus and asked if we could have this again this weekend! I said yes and got cheers and high fives from 3 very picky teenagers! Can't believe how quick, easy and delicious this recipe is! Thanks so much for sharing.
I’ll definitely make this soon coz it looks deliciously good! Thanks for the tips you’ve mentioned, I’m learning from you how to cook food the right way. Many thanks.❤
thank you maam for this new recipe..i like your recipes here,i tried cooking already some of them, and its delicious. Next week i will try this asparagus and shrimps.. watching from hongkong. I don't skip ads to help your channel🙏.God bless you ma'am and your husband 😇
I’m so happy to see you and especially love this recipe. I am going to make this today. I will also blanch. I usually just cook directly in my pan. I love this method and it makes more sense; like you said the right way. Gosh, I love broccoli as well so I’ll do a shrimp with broccoli next time. Today is asparagus.
This looks great, I usually steam Asparagus. I'd cook the Shrimp first, then blanch the Asparagus in the Shrimp seasoned water for maximum "hypothetical" flavor, but I'm sure that garlic sauce is way more powerful than a 30 second blanch in Shrimp water.
You asked how I make my green asparagus: a while ago I found a video by: "CALLEkocht-Omas Rezepte". I'll add the link in another answer. The answer with the link will be blocked, first. Green asparagus with red chili and garlic fried in just honey! And it surely will match the shrimps. Crazy. And sooo very fast to make. Greetings from the far north of Germany!
