This is not your average S'mores Bar. This is three layers of campfire goodness with a graham cookie base, rich chocolate brownie center and a fluffy marshmallow meringue topping. It is easy to make and will satisfy everyone's sweet tooth.
Ultimate S'mores Bar
Crust
3 cups of crushed graham crackers
2TB brown sugar (light or dark)
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 stick of unsalted butter melted.
Brownie
1/2 c flour
1 TB cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 c granulated sugar
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 egg yolk
1 stick unsalted melted butter
Fluffy Marshmallow Meringue
4 egg whites
1 cup of sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
mini marshmallows (up to you)
