Mexican Corn Cake
2/3 cup of Masa (corn flour)
1/2 cup of fine corn meal
2/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2/ to 2 1/2 cup of chopped frozen corn (you can blend, chop, or use cream corn)
1 cup of melted butter
1/2 water
4 TBS heavy cream or milk
1 dash of vanilla extract (optional)
1 dash of butter extract (optional)
350 degree oven
* If you use a 9x13, reduce cook time.
There are two ways two methods to bake this cake
1. You can combine softened butter with masa and cornmeal. (Makes a less crumbly cake) then proceed with combining dry and wet ingredients.

*This makes a 8x8 or 9x9
