While wstching your show, this show on now, I lifted the brother chopping cooking this episode, up in prayer, and be encouraged that the Lord led me specifically for hos heart to be strong and his moryal life. This is good, tbe Lord is for him, but it is also a fore warning, to take a proactive role in procuring your health. You tibe has an enourmous wealth of heath for specific remedies, I myself had had tremendous break throughs in areas no hope was offered. Peace and blessings. Im in Texas , North of Houston. I live Boston and Brooklyn, whe I was there, it was a glorious experience in what beautiful people are like, pre 911 . God Bless
Thanks! We have been trying to find crab claws for quite a while, but haven’t been lucky. As soon as we find some, we’re going to have that recipe available.
Leave it to Daddy Jack to leave behind such amazing recipes to remember him by, blessed be his soul. And, for the both of you to carry on his legacy and memory by sharing these delicious dishes with all of us. Thank you Brooklyn Bros.
Nice tribute to Daddy Jack guys !! Must have watched ALL his videos like three times. He was a good guy, one of a kind. BTW the scampi looks killer. Any leftover, lol!! God bless.....❤❤
I really like the recipe . With the tomato added it sound very fresh and light for the hot summer. I am definitely putting that in my collection of recipes. Thanks for sharing
Damn you guys knocked it out of the park! 🙌 Never thought to put mushrooms in with scampi, and I can’t wait to try it! Nice tribute to your friend Daddy Jack. ❤️🙏
This was a special recipe to make, love you guys and chef Jack, RIP to a legend. This was the creamiest scampi we ever had. So, so good! Thank you guys for sharing this recipe.
I never thought of using the compound butter. Genious. I will definitely make this. I live in a beach town and there is a fresh seafood shop down the street. The fishermen boats pull up to the dock behind the shop and sell their fish. Talk about fresh!! Thank you! Also Roma tomatoes a nice touch. I like it.
Love watching you guys! Lived near Little Italy in the Bronx but moved to Indiana..watching you two and the delicious meals you cook up, reminds me of home!!
A thing of beauty guys. I could smell the garlic just watching you. Like chicken, I ran out of ways to do shrimp.... until today. God bless the Brothers!
Thank you for doing a Daddy Jack video! I miss Jack's videos. I could never bring myself to watch Jack's videos at home during the lock downs, he just wasn't in his element (the restaurant) and it was hard to watch. I bought a shirt after watching his daughters video after his death. I had always hoped to get up to the restaurant one day, but life had other plans. Cherish every moment folks. Great video here, the only thing missing is Jack's raging gas flame under that pan! Thanks again.
Ohhhhh, this looks so good! As a fan of Daddy Jacks for years, I miss him so much and his amazing dishes. Can’t call them recipes as they weren’t precise but he taught me to relax and just go with the flow and every recipe of his that I tried to duplicate came out delicious! I can see Daddy’s fingerprints all over this dish and I can’t wait to try it! Thanks boys for keeping his legacy alive❣
Excellant presentation fellas. Daddy Jack would be so proud. I enjoyed his videos and now I enjoy yours. Keep up the good work your doing bringing great Italian food to the masses. My next time I make sauce I am going to try your Bracoile receipe
I love this spin on a classic! I never thought to dredge the shrimp, but it makes sense that it will hold the sauce. I'll definitely be trying it like this next time I make scampi! I'm liking the idea of sun dried tomatoes possibly... We'll see. Excellent as always brothers!
Hey guys I made it as I said. It was amazing!! The sauce was a little thick so at the time I was making shrimp broth from the shells so I added some of that broth and it came out perfect. I'm always going to use your recipe. Thanks from a former Brooklynite. You guys bring back memories of hanging out with my Italian family and cooking.😊
Mine came out oily, and I’m not sure why. I followed the directions exactly. Did I not have the pan high enough? I know you said not to let it get oily, but I’m not sure how you prevent that from happening. Other than that, it came out nice.
Ok thank you so much. I’m making it again tonight. I was thinking about grating a little bit of fresh Locatelli Romano cheese . Do you think that would add to it or mess it up? Everybody loved the shrimp scampi. I made a couple days ago from your recipe, I learned from my mistakes and it’s gonna be even better tonight. So thank you for the recipe. I looked at a lot of recipes and like yours the best.♥️
This looks good, but I’m not feeling the mushrooms and tomatoes. Maybe if tomatoes were diced really really small and if they were fresh Jersey tomatoes.
Can you guys just stop with the teasing us and open another restaurant already??? All kidding aside, I love your recipes and will definitely cook it at home but man, would I love to sit down at one of your restaurants again someday.
@@BrooklynBrothersCooking totally understand. Thanks for the awesome recipes. Got a couple prime filets in the fridge. Gonna make this scampi to top off those filets.
that looks delicious but tomatoes? I dont think so.... I would add muscle meat.... You forgot the red pepper flakes And i would serve it over rice instead of pasta which is the way both my grandmothers served it
