This would have to be the best tiny home that I've seen. It is a bit pricy but does seem to be nicely thought out and with a bed room you can actually stand in. Wow! That's a new one. I think these guys will do well out of this model.

I loved the separation in this house!!! That family room/kitchen was so gorgeous! It really felt like a house instead of 1 cramped room. And it felt so bright and airy. Beautiful!

This is literally everything I want in a tiny house!!! The only thing I would ask for is a door leading up to the bedroom.

Lots of great features! I really like the open window to pass food through while serving guests outside. The outdoor shower is a great idea, too! Just love how space is not wasted like using tbe steps for drawers. And the pet bowl slide-out! Very cool! Thanks for the tour!

I love the layout of this house!! Probably one of my favorites! For me tho tiny houses are about having the financial freedom of not having to spend a lot on your home. Reusing materials and furniture that would have otherwise been thrown away is another important thing for me and it also helps keep the cost wayyyy down. I would love to recreate this house out of recycled materials!

Literally the best tiny house I’ve ever seen.

I don't understand why people freak out about the price point and say it's not a true "tiny house". Is it under 500 sq ft? If yes, it's a tiny house. Some folks transitioning to tiny living have the resources for a luxe version. If a tiny house like this one convinces someone to leave their 3,200 sq ft home because this one has all the bells and whistles, who's business is it to say it's not good enough? Build your own for cheaper if you want to. The craftsmanship you see in the fancy models is remarkable and you are supporting a small business while downsizing if you buy this. We should celebrate every time someone shrinks their foot print and not worry so much about the judgement of the purists.

Out door showers aren’t uncommon, But I’m glad they added one on theirs even though he said he’d never heard of it. These larger tiny home are more practical if you don’t plan on moving around too much but I think they make the average home owner with a small family realize they can comfortably down size! 👍🏼

Brilliant and beautiful intelligent design. Many tiny homes are all about being "cool" and they usually fail. I have seen tons and they all screw up on the simple basics. This design is the best and is simply amazing. He solved all the common problems and made it work in a small footprint. $77K is only $350 mortgage. Who can complain about that? People pay 5 times that in rent and never get any equity. If you want to move? You don't have to pay movers, pack, sell, find a new house, search all over the place, pay real estate commissions, etc. This house saves you money in the long run.

I like this one! People keep mentioning how u can get a house built for that price w/ a garage, etc. Ur missing the point. Ur not taking into acct all the utilities n taxes u would have to pay as well as IT'S NOT PORTABLE! Don't u pay more for a cell phone vs a land line? Isn't blue tooth headphones more expensive than wired? U pay to have all the comforts of home to make them portable, efficient, n create a smaller footprint than a regular home. This is what i would call a tiny house, not micro house.

First... this is a beautiful tiny home. Yes, tiny home. I’ve read several opinions that state this home isn’t a tiny home and I’d like to know what they are basing their opinion on because a true definition of a tiny home doesn’t exist. So why the arguing? Sure, it’s huge compared to what you might envision as a tiny home but it is still smaller than most “brick & mortar” homes around. It is also smaller than most mobile home, which when you think about it, aren’t really mobile. Many people commenting on here also have issues with the cost. $77,000.00 is a lot to spend on a tiny home and it does kind of defeat the idea of reducing living expenses so you can travel and experience the world. Maybe the person who would buy this type of home doesn’t necessarily want to travel more. Maybe they want to downsize and live a simpler life. Regardless of the reason why, 77K gets you a home that is incredible in my opinion. So, if this isn’t your idea of a tiny home and you think it costs too much, remember you are not the only person on the planet and not everyone thinks like you, or wants/needs the same things you do. Personally, I’d love to have this tiny home, drive it to some property in the hills surrounded by trees, park it and live a simpler life. Lastly, I’ve also noticed a lot of individuals become downright hateful in their replies to others. Again why? If you don’t agree with someone else’s opinion, awesome, don’t agree with them in your head and move on. Life is too short.

Great build and great price. Is this on the high end side? Yes it is. Is it worth it, I believe the answer to that is YES as well. Tiny does not always mean cheap, this is a brand new house the size of a 5th wheel and you can place it where ever you want. Even from the video you can see the quality of this build. I've been in many tiny homes and most of the builds are cheap materials and shotty construction...this build is not cheap or shotty. Price a new airstream then tell me how expensive it is. if you cannot afford it, that doesn't devalue the build. If you do not know market value, you should check comparable prices. I hope these guys advertise to middle class to wealthy, because they have a product that has an unexplored market. 2 thumbs up.

I truly do love this, price is high for a reason, with all that's in this, the build, etc. You pay for what you get, the lottery would get me one of these in a heartbeat.
