The store of this company was (we had a store in NY and the headquarter in NJ) shutdown due to a NY mandate order due COVID-19 from March 22nd 2020 to May 28th 2020. This company received PPP loan for the period May 7th 2020 to August 27th 2020. Then, the period from March 22nd to May 6th would be considered to get the ERC credit. However, the gross receipts of the 1st and 2nd Q in 2020 did not decrease more than 10% compared with the corresponding quarters 2019. Is this company still eligible for the ERC 2020?
