so true. I feel like i can style my stans with a lot of looks, theyre very classy and versatile, while the AF1 are way harder to pull off. I wear a lot of slim fit jeans or joggers and they just look gigantic on me.

Lol to me Stan smiths are too bulky Common projects and other white minimalist sneakers is the way to go. If we are talking about leather shoes

@@matviyk3066 Of course, common projects are one of the most minimal sneakers around. But they're not anywhere in the same price segment as Stan Smith's or AirForce 1's. I was only talking about those two shoes and how they were ranked.

Agreed, I'm a Stan Smiths person too. The AirForce 1 definitely feel more casual and can also feel a bit more targeted for teenagers these days but that might just be my perception.

Nah, they actually do have some pairs with good leather. But it is much harder to find these days. I recently picked up the 'Home of classics' edition Stan smiths and they have really good leather. You need to avoid the primegreens and vegan leather versions though, they're quite bad.

@@itsnachikethahere I'm aware of full leather editions like Recon, but they seem to be discontinued now and even when they were available they were pretty expensive.

Thursday has a really good white sneaker made with Italian white nappa leather, pretty similiar to the stan smiths with much superior build quality

Salomon xt6 are trail light hiking shoes not casual/classic everyday sneakers. Two different kinds of shoes

I love AF1s but I get bored of seeing the all-white lows everywhere so I have a B/W low and off-white/cream high pair.

Will have to look up the ones you mentioned. But on this list though, which would you rank best?

They are classic for a reason. This is one man’s opinion and that’s ok if he doesn’t like them but I promise you that 80-90% of people that know about sneakers would rank them and the superstars in the S tier with the Air Force ones. I mean he put the reabocks up there and I think most would put those somewhere between c-A. So, it’s all subjective but the consensus is the Stan smiths and Air Force 1s are the GOAT white sneakers. Maybe the common projects will join them some day. I can’t decide because while they’re already one of the most influential sneakers ever, the Stan smiths influenced them so.. we’ll see.

@@joelman1989 Stan smiths are made of shitty plastic(why adidas? when the superstars are still leather). If they made a version with nice leather then its an ez A. Just cause something is popular or iconic doesn't automatically make it S tier like superstars. Then by that logic you could say chucks, vans, ultra boosts, jordan 1's all are S tier.

I have a pair of Stan's from a few years back that feel and look like a really nice softer leather and I have no clue what I'm gonna do when they wear out cause I stg Adidas be making stans out of plastic these days

If you Always thought that then you haven't known them long. Only recently they moved to this "vegan" leather. For a long time time genuine high quality leather

I may end up getting a pair from eBay. Not sure I want to spend that much on the margielas again myself.

@@SunSunSunn Stan Smiths, All Stars, Air Force 1 and Vans Slip On are shoes that will never be out of style. Especially Stan Smiths which are extremely versatile. Not many sneakers around that look that good with a 3 piece suit.

Any club c 85 are comfy? I see people talking that The vintage and TV have a better and soft leather

AF1's are great but seeing only triple white pairs everywhere gets annoying tbh lol. You'd think that people would wanna pick a unique colorway to stand out with the sheer amount of them available.

Really love the GSM as well, they've been my go-to for a couple years now I wear them all the time!

I did mention that they started it all off and they are a classic sneaker. I respect them but it doesn’t mean I have to love them
