Let this be a lesson folks... if you want your partner to propose just give them an ultimatum and then date other people.

Reality TV has really made strides when it comes to identifying the worst people for TV. There used to be a couple people who were likable, but they really found a way to squash that for maximum drama. It's actually good news for me as it got me to stop watching lol I hate turning off the TV and feeling stressed out over what I just watched.

I try not to badmouth people. But I would never want Lisa or Roxanne as friends. They are not nice people. Hopefully they grow and learn. And hopefully Antonio finds someone that actually appreciates him.

Trey n Ryann were a match. Riah knows damn well age doesn't love and is not attracted to Trey at all.

I’m not a huge Alex and Kat fan. Alex seems extremely apathetic towards others and Kat. Kat has no backbone and defends his behavior. Alex can do no wrong and Kat seems like someone that will put up with anything. She did mention that she wants him to be a lot more vulnerable but she always slips right back into her shell when Alex speaks. She enables him. There was no chance of her ever breaking up with him

Controversial take and I would love to get some opinions on that: I feel like in moste dating shows, the tell-all is watered down because they are not as harsh to women as they are to men. The last two seasons of love is blinde we had female bad guys, that where so toxic and treated other contestense bad, yet they where not convrontet. Same here. Doring the season Roxanne was so toxic and straight up lying on camera. For some reason production didn´t thought it would be interesting to see (and helpfull for Antonio) how she would react if they confrontet her with her behaviour.

Roxanne was SO MAD people were saying she didn't respect Antonio, and she still absolutely could not stop disrespecting him. Poor dude needs some self esteem.

It was such a mean girl moment when Roxanne said in front of Kat she was open to hooking up with Alex.

I really hate how they kept giving Lisa a pass for being a nasty hateful individual. Just makes my skin crawl.

What really, really, really annoyed me about the whole Antonio, Roxanne and Alex thing (i will not be involving Kat since goddamn the girl did nothing wrong, i feel bad for her), is that Alex clearly did not want to talk abou Roxanne with Antonio. Antonio had to ask SEVERAL times before Alex started answering, and honestly im not an Alex fan, but Antonio kept pushing him for an answer and when he did finally answer Antonio got pissy over THE TRUTH. We could all see that Roxanne did not and does not respect Antonio, she likes him, sure, but she Does Not Respect Him, and that was obvious every single time she talked about him. Also whilst Antonio had to push to get answers out of Alex, Roxanne just wanted to shit talk Alex to Kat from the beginning and yeah, that says a lot methinks.

Had the roles been reversed and Brian slapped Lisa, oh boy we’d have heard some PSA about intimate partner violence. AND wtf was Trey doing without defending Riah? He just sat there like a lump of clay while Riah was being walked over by Lisa again. And if Lisa didn’t even like another woman talking to her man, why tf did she bring him on a reality dating show?

I was so anrgy when Vanessa kept calling them all 'Utlimatium Success Couples'. We really need to rethink of what success means cause it aint these couples. Its often so much better to be single or stay dating and getting therapy then to just throw engagements or babies at an unhealthy relationship. I also feel like these shows CONSISTENTLY do not address abuse, especially physical abuse that happens in any safe or productive way. Which I really do not appreciate.

Lisa being so unapologetic to Riah (another black woman) was the most disappointing moment for me. She was truly threatened because Bryan & Riah were hitting it off & there was a real chance she could lose her man. Ugh, THEE WORST!

I kept screaming "NONE OF Y'ALL SHOULD BE TOGETHER" the whole show, and I'm so mad they ALL ended up together. They all need to break up and go to therapy.

I know Antonio is a grown man but watching him actually made me sad. I don’t know if she’s brainwashed him, is grooming him or he’s codependent but being someone else’s punching bag everyday is not healthy. She throws jabs it him all day long and he just takes it. Even during the engagements he said “I know what the problem in this relationship is, it’s me” like what. Anyone who even remotely claims to be perfect has brain issues. I love that everyone came back today and said I worked on my self and became a better partner and Roxanne says “Yaa it’s been a hard few months but Antonio still has worked to do” LIKE WHAT?!? What about yourself. Also I’m convinced she talks about her job so much (does anyone know if this girl is even successful!?!) so she can put him down about his life. Look at me I’m so great and look at you. She is the worst human. To look at someone who you claim to love and say “you and me are in different leagues” like WTH?!? That’s not love. I’m disappointed that no one spoke up.

Antonio, please go look in the mirror. You are breathtaking. Please consider dating any one of the millions of girls/guys that want to date you and love you to pieces!

For me Kat ended up being a favorite. Her clear personal growth was lovely to watch. Really enjoyed seeing her find her voice and learning to better communicate her needs and stand up for herself. Roxanne….hates Antonio. It’s SO obvious she isn’t proud to be his partner and doesn’t respect him. That won’t change in time. I hope he finally sees the light and leaves her. She’s too much ego for anyone tbh.

If Antonio hasn't watched the show to not only see how Roxanne disrespects him behind his back, but also to his face (pulling off her boots?!? Like he's her servant?!?!), he only has himself to blame for staying with her.

This show is about attachment theory- the people given the ultimatums are AVOIDANTS, the ones giving the ultimatum are secure attachent styles(Ryann, Trey, Kat), or anxious attachment styles(Antonio). The book is called ‘Attached’ and is a great book.

Alex is hilarious. It's refreshing to see someone so unapologetically up front. Gave that narcissist bully Roxanne the medicine she deserved.

Antonio seems so beaten down. She's horrible, just horrible BUT she isn't hiding it or pretending to be a good person. She's not even mincing words, she doesn't want your ring and cannot even say she wants him. Why are you there buddy? He's staying there so he's getting what he wants. He must be getting something outta this fake relationship.

Okay listen, Kat is a sweet girl but holy man she does not have a backbone and it was infuriating to watch. You can tell she has a kind soul but not much self awareness when it comes to how the people around her treat her. Alex clearly does not love her the way she loves him, he hardly showed her any affection or words of affirmation the whole show. The only time she stood up for herself was when Roxanne put Alex’s character into question and Kat had a negative reaction to that because it was literally the truth and she knows it. But of course she can’t stand up for herself and can only defend the man that has chose not to marry/respect her for years. It’s sad

Nobody is talking about James but he definitely need to be talked about more too. The trauma is prevalent but it’s not an excuse. His behavior definitely needs to be worked on before he gets married otherwise, that can very easily turn into abuse.

Antonio for sure has self esteem issues and seems to be stuck in a cycle of confirmation bias. It's almost like every time Roxanne tears him down, he's subliminally thinking, "Yep- that aligns with my own truth, so I feel seen," even though he's anything but. He had cringe moments but it sounds like he has a plan for himself which was very confusing given the way Roxanne spoke about him throughout the show. He certainly doesn't deserve the constant jabs she's dishing out.

Antonio is such a pretty, pretty man... unfortunately his last two braincells don't wanna work together to figure stuff out. It's a pity. Also the season is no fun when at the end everyone is still a couple for some reason? Like, damn, you aren't supposed to end up with your partner, or any of the others as well! You're supposed to have a messy break-up and move on!

I really wish in these reunions they would roll back clips of roxanne shit talking Antonio. Alex was not lying

They literally gave Lisa a pass, Shouldn’t have even been allowed back to still talk down on Riah. Calling her a hooters bitch while also have worked at hooters. Acting like she knows all about the girl. Them trynna say it was hormones, when she’s still being disrespectful afterwards and Brian also stating way before that she yells and acts insecure. Only person to stick up for Riah was Antonio and Trey said absolutely nothing in her defense. Then they all moved on. Made me disgusted Then James saying she wants to have sex with him to trey, when she explicitly said to him no she doesn’t, his demeanor changed and he was originally fine being there and showing her acts of affection until he heard the positive things men said about his girl… Also people blaming Riah when her and trey knew the things they needed to fix on in their relationships. Overall as always terrible host and no accountability from anyone here that had narcissistic traits and biases They also need a couple therapist to actually help them fix ANYTHING

Roxanne and Antonio were a nightmare of a couple. A relationship that is long overdue for a break up. It was laughable that Roxanne about what Alex said. I don’t even like Alex, but he was NOT wrong. Roxanne had 0 respect for Antonio. None what’s so ever, and she even says it to his own face with comments about the difference of their “leagues”. Insane. Additionally, She even refuses to wear the engagement ring! It’s like she has 0 pride in being engaged to him. She took it off the next day after he proposed! Like Antonio , hello??????? 😢

The problem with these shows is they pick couples who will provide drama- then the public sees some really bad interpersonal skills and that normalizes what to me looks like a lot of disfunction. The show should have addressed that Lisa committed physical abuse and kicked her off the show for that, not used the pregnancy test as the reason for leaving. I’m disappointed in the producers

I lowkey used to defend Nick and Vanessa but recently they've been on my nerves espcially when they did not bring up the physical violence between Brian and Lisa as well as Lisa's blatant slut shaming against Riah. It was so nasty and she wasnt even sorry.

Lis thought she was doing something when she said she didn't care about judging someone she doesn't know when she also worked at hooters. Made herself look so stupid. She brought Brian to the show knowing she is super jealous and that he would be dating someone for three weeks. Like I had zero empathy for her pregnancy hormones. Then she went on to say she didnt care that she called someone a B, like the girl doesn't owe you loyalty your guy does. I honestly saw a grown women who saw that she could lose to Riah and that her man probably cheated before and thought he would fold again. Black women who bring down black women for no reason, are the least respected publicly.

When asked, "Who are you surprised accepted their proposal," almost everyone said Roxanne. She's bossy and she wasn't even willing to marry Antonio when Nick said he could officiate. Imagine if they found each other on Love is Blind; Roxanne would be a runaway bride leaving Antonio at the altar.

They should have called Roxy out on the disrespect she has towards Antonio. I feel bad for that man, he truly is delusional

Antonio is simply way too good for Roxanne. He’s now going to spend the rest of his life always being judged, always trying to please a person I believe will never be satisfied with him just the way he is. She’s saying yes to the guy she wants him to be- not the man he is right now. I don’t believe she’d be happy with ANY man, even if the man was self made and super rich. Antonio needs to go into therapy to figure out what has kept him in an 8 year beat down- make no mistake this is a verbally/emotionally abusive situation- I don’t even say relationship because I don’t think anyone can be in a relationship with a sociopath- there’s just the people who become collateral damage- like Antonio. I’m guessing one or both of his parents damaged his self esteem. My therapist said whatever we experience as a child is FAMILIAR, and familiar is comforting, even if it’s unhealthy. When we grow up we will seek to re-create that dynamic we experienced as a child- even if it was toxic and unhealthy- Antonio must have had parents that told him he wasn’t good enough.

All these couples need to work on them as induvial and also as a couple, but instead of doing just that, they choose to go to a reality show so... Honestly, I feel really bad for Antonio. Not saying he’s an angel… but looking at this way: we know that women stay in their emotionally/verbally abusive relationships because they end up believing the verbal assaults their partners dish out at them, especially over time they’re almost brainwashed. And if the roles were reversed in their relationship, this would be seen as an extremely concerning situation for the woman. She has beat his self esteem down to nothing.

The Antonio Roxanne (I guess couple) is bizzare to me, Roxanne doesn’t seem at all interested, and I guess Antonio is into her for money? Idk it just seemed obvious she wants a workaholic husband like herself and he’s not that kind of guy so forcing marriage wont fix it. I hate to be cliche but I just feel like individual and couples counseling would be a tremendous leap for everyone here, then they can decide if they’re ready for marriage or not
