I've always said that if I was stuck living in GTA V, that Grapeseed would probably be the safest place.

We got Grapeseed lore theories before GTA VI.

5:10 I recognize that house, is home of Ursula, a random encounter. She and her mother lived there until she murdered her. She is so unstable that is quite obvious what she did, probably the reason why she wasn’t arrested is because the house is very isolated. So couple this with the fact that she likes to hike my guess is that the reason why there was a drug deal in front of her home is because the place is abandoned for probably days at the time.

2:40 that “small factory” is connected to Grapeseed, that is a grain elevator used to process grain for loading into railroad cars. Also you can’t use ocean water/salt water to irrigate food crops because the salt content will kill the plants. That’s why there’s no connection to the ocean

4:41 you can actually find the owners of this property. It’s a really rare event were you can rob the place. You fight like three enemies and steal about 20000$. I got this event only 2 times in like 9 playthroughs.

How does this guy only have 15,000 subscribers yet he makes great videos about such interesting topics?? GTA has been out for so long that there's likely thousands of RU-vid videos by now, yet this dude still found a way to be original. Definitely deserves more attention.

Hello, I'm a owner of the farm behind the airfield, I can confirm the airfield has some shady stuff going on, and at least in my case, I use mainly rain water. It supplies enough to keep the crop alive

I think Grape seed and Sandy shores are one - People live in Sandy shores (this is why there are more shops) and work in Grape seed, then probably sell to LS. At least in its bloom era.

update idea for rockstar, Put it for sale on mazebank forecloseures, the whole erea, all the farms, the airfield, everything, it's a bisness. 1. You buy it for 10-15 million dollars on mazebank forcloseures and get an call from some farmer to go to an headquarter located on a farm and start a setup mission to fix the water supply 2. You fixed the water supply and now the farms are functional and passively produce crops, you can choose which crops, some grow faster but pay less, others grow slower but pay more, when you sell them you can use a special vehicle functioning similar to the speedo custom, a tractor custom with upgradeable armour, a functional plow on front and maybey a turret on the armoured cart that the tractor will be transporting (the trailer will only be in the sell mission, maybey second cart can be added which is more combat/defensively focused and usable in freemode and non sell missions) 3. There will be an heist called, The right to repair, in this heist you prepare to break into nothing else than the JohnDeere headquarters in Illinois and you have to steal documents that contain the software to fix the tractors and you sell the code for 5 million the first time (and maintanance costs go to zero), then you can repeat the process but with less importand code that is worth from 1-2,5 million dollars 4. There will be purchasable tractors and a tractor custom for bennies and another tractor custom which is a bit like a killdozer but in tractor form and a huge plow on front and verry heavily armoured with 2 special trailers, 1 for selling and 1 for combat in freemode 5. A special workshop and garage for these special vehicles

If I am being honest, I would much rather prefer to live in grapeseed. Thinking realistically, yeah, it’s quite small and such. But if you were to build a small mall where you can buy locally grown products, a shopping area/ small food court for jobs, it can be easy to live there! I know I definitely would move to a town like grapseed BUT if there was at least one or two plazas to buy necessary living materials.

I spent much game time in Sandy Shores and Grapeseed, mostly as a stopover when driving trucks from Paleto Bay to Los Santos. I would also check on my businesses in Harmony.

The lighthouse home, in story mode you can get a random encounter where you pick up a woman and that is her home, it is implied that the unmarked wooden grave on the hill near the home is her mothers

If you approach the grapeseed weed farm as Trevor you can take out and rob the gang there. The owner is a randomly generated gang member and he spawns a gang on him when Trevor approaches

I bought the arcade in Grapeseed, I spent a lot of time there doing casino missions and it really grew on me. It’s pretty much my favorite location in the game, the airfield is very convenient and there are literally no players there (and if there are then usually not for long because I like trolling them with drones), it’s peaceful. I now treat grapeseed as my character’s home town.

I always thought grapeseed used to be a farm residential area but overtime became a huge Hotspot for the O'Neils

I have a friend who lived in Grapeseed. It’s common to have relationships with your cousins there and no work opportunities for normal people who want to build a family. So that’s why he left and moved to Los Santos after learning IT online.

Second safe house I got was in Grapeseed. Perfect spot. Isolated, so easy escapes and less griefers, dead center of the map and runway right there, so getting in and out of the city was easy, plus ammunation and a store are right outside the house.

In the early days when people would upload their snapmatic photos to rockstar social club, any photo taken in grapeseed would automatically be taken down because the explicit content filter registered it as gRAPEseed

I have a friend whose dad ran a gas station/store and became one of the most successful businesses in the state of West Virginia however in 2008 my friend’s dad would tragically pass away at the age of 45 due to lung cancer and his family members and co-workers tried their damnedest to keep the business running but that was just the end of the road and the business shut down a month after my friends dad had passed away it ran from 1995-2008 13 years of business only for one tragic event to happen causing the business to shut down

Grape seed is the only town where there is a trail to the top of mount chilliad, the cable cart is the only other option

it makes me sad to think about what the landscape was like before human intervention. think of all the wildlife that would have used that body of water as refuge. now the landscape surrounding it is desolate while the waters polluted. reminds me of the salton sea.

I had the Cheapest Document Forgery Office there for a long time, selling hurt hard, lucky there's a lake nearby

I also saw that grapeseed was once a federal airfeild a small sign nearby meaning the cold war

I used to go to Grapeseed a lot doing Trevor's airport smuggling missions There's a soda machine next to the clothing store that i use to restore health Also there is an armor vest in a tractor garage close to the gas station

That’s not a factory that’s a grain elevator it’s where farmers sell their grain and it’s then stored in the silos before being loaded onto trains hence the proximity to the railroad.
