Sometimes I feel like talking in the background while in the car, if I could just do a voice over easily with a blank background I likely would. I have other uniformed content that shows me talking. Shaun at Security and Investigations Leadership channel started doing vlogging in the car as well...I got the inspiration from him. I guess I just want to get the content out there.
The freezer was located in the center of Biochemical Solar Energy Research. It had cell cultures. I am going to guess bioengineering and photosynthesis.
He just thought it was annoying and since he had keys he thought he had power to turn it off Ignorance is bliss to him , but it costs regular people 20 years of research I think on top of losing his job he should have Had to pay damages for the rest of his life Because he couldn't read the stupid sign on the fridge
He could be named in a law suit. It's unlikely he would every be able to pay for the resources lost...Both time it took to develop the cultures and the potential they held. This went to mediation between his employer and the research center I believe. It's hard to put a value on potential....Research is one of those things that could lead to nothing or be a major breakthrough. The reality is sometimes a debt can't be repaid. We need to be aware of our mistakes and never repeat them. This goes beyond the janitorial staff member that made the mistake. How do we protect ourselves from the lowest denominator? Preventing this leads to questions relating to training and access. Most notably, the Research Assistants and Scientist were not the only ones with access to this sensitive space....I have to wonder how hard it would be to limit access to research spaces to cleaners unless supervises by lab staff....Also removing garbage and placing the bag outside the space.
