Great vdo summary Cooper from paradise island Koh Larn….often overlooked but as u say it’s only 30bt / 40mins boat trip away from Pattaya. 🏝️😉😎There’s even better beaches than the main 1 your on there so plenty to explore plus there’s hotels there now to stay overnight. Got to remember to have plenty sunscreen as not many shaded areas there as always get sunburn easily!! 🤔🤨😎Pattaya is a “honey pot” so will always attract many ppl & some for the wrong reasons…Jst don’t get involved with bar /gogo girls then you might have a chance. 😉😎🙏🏼👍🏻

Listening great advice . one thing visiting looking to retire that's not cheap is those round trip tickets 1400$.. one should stay awhile to get the Best bang for your buck

Hopefully through your community you can save some of these guys from themselves . If you've spoken to guys who are easy marks they're generally as dull as dishwater . Many are socially disadvantaged. They fall in lust with girls with large age gaps & have zero common interests . I used to have sympathy for guys being scammed but I'm well past that now . Koh Larn comes into its own when all the day trippers clear off . Early mornings & sundown is idyllic . Far end of beaches to yourself . Naban comes alive with many local eateries . Although many say of small islands avoid weekends i enjoy the Thai crowd Larn attracts & the place comes alive with full seafood buffet restaurants & live Thai music venues . Good stuff Cooper

As for women wanting your money...there is a difference between the 7/11 cashier you meet and strike up conversation with; and the barflys you see, who are ready to bed anyone they encounter; provided the money is right.

I am coming in November, due to my recent Stroke, I have to chop up the trip into 5 or more plane trips, from Guatemala to Miami, then L.A. then Hawaii, then BKK...But, I am hopeful I'll make it... I still need to find housing in Jomtien/Pattaya/Wongamat a Single Family house with a 2/2. Your help would be appreciated...

Great advice Cooper!

I "like" your videos and have even "shared" them to myself to help your channel. My daughter has still been out there since May 8th on a scouting mission to find a place and seems to think Koh Samui may be it, so though I'm retiring to Thailand soon it'll likely start out there. I think Koh Samui may not be the most economical choice but it's still way more affordable than Chicago. If I may provide some ideas you don't like don't take offence, but think you should thank your contributors in a different way so that when you get many, many more you will be able to do it without spending several minutes of the beginning of the video doing it. Personally, I think you should briefly mention how incredibly thankful you are for your supporters while the video shows little windows identifying them and their comments but while you continue on to the meat of the video, doing it at the same time instead of delaying your video's content. On that I think you should keep showing beautiful Thailand, but include some macro clips showing close-ups of flowers, birds, food, bugs, whatever. Maybe keep showing close-up views of your handsome face but less than you do now. Maybe some drone? Tried and true is some clickbait, and it doesn't necessarily have to be scantily clad women, though maybe you could consider some tasteful shots at the beach or something. And if you're really reading this Cooper, can a non-Thai lease raw land in Thailand? If so, can a land lease be for as long as 99 years? Lastly, is there a legal agreement where a non-Thai doesn't "buy" the land from the owner but gets to more or less "own" or have protected, continuous use of improvements the non-Thai constructs on the land?

"This is absolutely beautiful!" Dude, the beach is crawling with tourists. The prices are high, there's constant noise, and the water is not clean, no matter how clear it may be. Why spend twenty minutes selling a place that already has way too many visitors? A place already covered in dozens of YT videos? Why not take a chance and go someplace better?

There should be more stories like this so people are aware of all the scams. No one should be a victim.

I only got to one beach on Koh Larn. I believe there are 5 or 6. It was even hotter than on the mainland but I still loved it. Look forward to getting back and seeing more islands.

I will deal with the criminals if I get to go to that Island. 😂

This beach is this least favorite place on koh larn - many other much better ones - when i go to pattaya i go to koh larn and spend the night - its a fun get away

its not a good look to go down the path of telling "stories" or bad mouthing bar girls.. you live in Pattaya.. so stick to positive things, condos, or restaurant reviews. you already come off as too arrogant. I'm sure your a nice guy though and still hold out hope.
