I got approached the most as an adult when I trained arms/chest heavy and consistently with close grip bench, weighted dips, pull downs and curl variations. The way the shirts sit especially sweaters is what made the difference. Even saw an increased respect from other men. There definitely is a primal attraction to the shapes.

I watch a lot of red pill channels but only found Rom Wills' fairly recently. I must say I like his laidback style & overall texture of his presentation. Also his subject matter is very interesting with a different angle. He comes across as an uncle I can share long chats with while listening to some nice jazz music

Most definitely, that's why I do a lot of calisthenics that develop the upper body chest, shoulders and back. I get a lot of compliments and looks from women

Strong legs and posterior chain are like foundations to a building. As men age, that is where they tend to get weaker as those muscles are rarely challenged. Once in decline, it is like a battery in slow discharge. Trickles down initially then falls off a cliff. If only for your longterm health - never skip leg day.

🔥. The Y-Shape in combination with width from the side, from the front of your chest to the back of your upper-back, is the ultimate sign of raw power, strength & calibrated aggression, similar to a Silverback Gorilla. Having decent glutes and calves are also a subliminal sign to women that a man has thrusting power and stamina.

Red pill guys rarely or never mention the body game.. not realizing that that's the cheat code to be chosen ., and while they are talking negatively about women , I guarantee if they got their body right their women problems would be diminished. Keep pushing that good ish brother rom..

Facts. Women goes crazy for a big back too. Most of men don't work their back enough, it's a cheat code. Especially when you work more on rowing than vertical pulling, it gives you that thickness with that V. Damn.

bench pressing will secondarily work out your back muscles when doing the negative reps in other words when lowering the weight down to your chest on every rep. it also works out your triceps and biceps as part of that compound movement..

@@MrDonny27 Yeah it's tough for some men. You have to develop that mind to muscle connection with your back. I even like to close my eyes when hitting back to better visualize targeting those lats & rear delts.

My mom is a personal trainer and my dad never really worked out but always had big arms and chest for no reason. I was definitely blessed with some V-Shape/Muscle Building genetics...plus I gotta be in shape since short brothers like me don’t have the benefit of being able to be chubby and attract women 😂😂

180 pounds at 5'6" with about 15% body fat = armored tank 140 pounds at 5'6" = no woman thinks you can pick her up and throw her on the bed

My V shape is definitely coming through doing Push Pull Leg routines. I hit all the compound movements, incline bench and press, fly, squats, lunges, pull ups, rows, dead lifts, shoulder press, lateral raises, abs , cardio, etc, but my calves are still small. Lol

I naturally have that V shape and enhanced it by being in the gym. 30 inch waist with broad shoulders, defined chest, thick back. I’ve never had issues attracting women throughout my life but it’s really dudes in the gym who walk up to me and ask me for fitness advice, ask if I compete in bodybuilding, etc and many have even asked if I’m natural.

I've actually got more in shape, hitting the concrete, body work outs outside in the sun. pull up bar, back shoulders all connected. Its like what i tell women who wanna booty, (not a personal trainer) glutes have 3 parts and they gotta hit all of em, legs, thighs and glutes makes it pop

So it looks like there are two ratios that we need to be concerned with. Shoulder to waist, and chest to waist. So in addition to your pressing movements, you need to be doing deadlifts and rows. You can make rather large increases in shoulder size by adding deadlifts (most important upper and lower back exercise imo) and rows because they increase the size of the rear delts, an area than tends to be lagging in most lifters (possibly due to not taking back training seriously). The chest to waist ratio isn't just about the chest, the ratio is largely influenced by lat size (when you wrap the measuring tape around the chest your measuring the size of the pecs AND lats). Heavy deadlifts hit the lats VERY hard. Vertical pulling (pullups, lat pull down, etc) is also very lat dominant. So guys, please add back training to your routine. You're missing out on so much if you dont.

Darrick not every woman cares about a man being in muscular shape. But if it makes you feel more confident about yourself then do it. But its not needed to get a loyal grown woman's attention

Miss Kitty trust me I don’t do it for women I do it for my health the women is a byproduct but my doc tells me all the time I’m adding years onto my life I also like the discipline the focus it brings as well trust me women is the last reason I do this

Exercise the chest,shoulders and traps. Don't forget back too. Also, if you're too lean and want to be noticed by women, wear tight clothes or compression shirts. Believe me you'll get hella looks. Great video uncle Rom...

I don't think its like checking u out. Sometimes its a compliment(like it shows the gains) , sometimes it could feel like an insult(like its a rhetorical question.. Unless they implying the gains ain't clear enough to see lol). I just always say "a lil bit". I think a lotta guys and girls who dont work out dont realize its almost unnatural to have that look without putting in the work in the gym.

I do many routines that isolate different parts of my upper body. For example I bench press but I also do many other lifts that develop the chest. I do that for every body part. Also the body build for me is more natural.
