Mitchell's Drug Stores in Neosho, Mo., has been innovatively caring for their community for over 17 years. As the only independent pharmacy in town, owner and pharmacist Tim Mitchell wanted to reach a broader audience. He reached out to NCPA and said, “Show me how to market my vaccine program!” We asked coach Nicolette Mathey, PharmD, from Palm Harbor Pharmacy, to show Tim and his team how to efficiently contact current patients with vaccine updates and maximize marketing efforts to reach new segments in their community.
