I thank God for this podcast. I'm going through so much that I cannot bear but God can. This subject brought so much clarity on me. In short..my mom died recently. When I was 10 told me she didn't like me because I was close to dad who was in the home. She treated me as such all my life. She died and left policy to older and younger sister. I'm hurting. She was suppose to love me first. I based my value on that alley life not realizing the truth❤️🙏🏽

I don’t know how it feels to be valued because I’ve been hurt mistreated, humiliated, disincluded. I just know that to value is a good thing. I’ve forgiven them, but I still feel the pain sometimes and it still makes me sad and still cry I don’t know how to console myself for I have no one to share this feelings with. You know I feel that we are so missing the boat in churches. God speaks on a lot of things about our value of life and we only do what's under the surface so to speak. Hopefully I am making this clear as I comment. You guys talk about cliques in the church this is something I see all the time even with pastors I see this with some of the pick people in congregation. Certain things are done with certain people who have a title within the church. Jai has made a point about Love...Im so glad God is so not like man/woman in our world today. Not saying all are this way because God has his people planted that show love like Christ, but we need more self discipline in this world. So Glad to hear the love and structure of this podcast. Thank God for putting you guys in place for woman who need a word or a life journey of a testimony that someone has experience.

I knew I needed to hear this, but what I didn't realize is how MUCH I really really needed to hear this. I'm 35, married, 2 daughters... I'm in a place of self discovery and finding freedom and value in who I am Today. In this form, right now, body, mind, soul... and KNOWING and Believing that, "Danae, God loves you right here, right now, fully and there isn't anything you can do more or less to make him value and love you more... Because you are Beautiful and So Greatly Valued Today." ... this is hard. (Especially being in a relationship where my value is constantly diminished according to what I do/ don't do, and how i physically look.) That was so good! Having a response to the common lie of "why did God let this happen". Replace the lie with the truth - God is only good! The enemy is the author of all bad things. God can turn any negative things around and bless us above and beyond anything the evil of the world has done. Oh, my Sister in Christ. I am just now reading your comment, 7 months out. Believe me when I say that God was beside you while you were capturing your thoughts in this comment. He knew what you were thinking, experiencing & feeling then. And He knows you now. His love is unfathomable. We cannot plumb the depths of His great, great love. Please stay in the Word. Memorize, meditate on it & abide in Him. Be aware of His presence at all times. Look for little "God moments", where He seems to almost "wink" at you. Until just 2 years ago, I had only heard the words "I love you" from my earthly father four times. I had to get to the place where I forgave him and his live-in girlfriend (who I thought was at one time a 'Best' Friend), which I did. For me, God has had to be my Father, my Husband - Is. 54:5. And a whole host of other people! Next year will be my 50th Spiritual Birthday, and He has been my strength, my Rock and my Emmanuel all this time. God keep His Word, and He loves you, my friend!
