I absolutely loved this reaction! Erin's reaction to Caroline was amazing! I love how you all seem to love Caroline (she's my favourite character) but I specifically love how protective Erin is of her character. How angry Erin was to them toruring Caroline was so good! 😍

Don't forget what Rose said that a Vampire gets satisfaction, relief, enjoyment from hunting and killing sometimes its hard to remember that Vampire and human emotions don't work the exact same way so when Damon says he likes killing Its 100% as a Vampire it brings him that relief from his misery and a life time of it but it only last a short time thats why Rose and Damon are so much alike they yearn for human feelings but they kinda only get it from killing humans or feeding on humans. Damon is getting those feelings being with Elena so he doesn't have to kill to feel it but he can't truly be with her because she's with Stefan so he will feel good being around her just to then realize oh yeah she will never be with me which rips away all the happiness he was feeling and then he goes back to what he knows will ease his pain. That's how I see it atleast and no that doesn't justify any Vampire hurting humans for the people that don't understand what I'm saying

Damon and Tyler were not harmed because they were on Elena’s list of loved ones. I do feel sorry for Tyler because Caroline hasn’t been honest with him. He’s confused about everything now. I love all the Elena and Damon scenes together.

And once again Damon takes ten steps backwards. Andi doesn't deserve this. Also, I really don't mind Elena manipulating him to do the right thing, because the alternative is not good with such a person.

Elena’s part in this episode was to keep Damon away from harming Tyler. She was being deliberatively manipulating to distract him until he found out what was going on in the Bathroom scene. I thought what she was doing in this episode was so obvious but very cute. But as a Man I would think that lol Felt so bad for Caroline she doesn’t deserve to be the punching bag of the show or for Tyler to doubt her heart or intentions. She’s been nothing but a good friend & went beyond to help him in his hour of need. Damon was betrayed by his Brother in 1864 his coping mechanism since has been to suppress his feelings for 165 years & obsess over his “ Love” of Katherine. His line to his brother, I promised you a lifetime of misery is in my view pure projection. It is Damon who has been in misery since his Brother turned him against his will. He confessed to the girl he killed on the road in the previous episode that his big secret was he wanted to be human more than anything else. Although he’s evolved in to the “big bad vampire” underneath all the bravado he’s far from it. The only person who probably gets this is Elena. Has he been shown any compassion, kindness or understanding from anyone including his brother in all these years? I think that’s why he’s so in love with Elena. She sees through all the BS & has shown him real kindness probably for the first time. For him she’s the one bright light in what has likely been for him a world of darkness.

I always wanted Stefan to be with Caroline (since S1 was airing live lol) and this episode is one of many reasons why I never stopped shipping them together! Great reaction!

Dont forget that Caroline never told him the truth about his uncle being dead. That was the main thing he was pissed about he felt betrayed by the ONE person he trusted the most. She might not have done the act itself, but she was part of the cover-up. She led him to believe that he abandoned him when he needed his uncle the most. Because of that, he didn't know who to trust. Yes, she was there for him, but she's a vampire she doesn't know anything about what werewolves have to go through. He was still alone in this and terrified especially after watching that video of his uncle turning. He has to go through the same excruciating pain every full moon where Caroline only had to go through the pain of turning into a vampire one time. Yeah, he would still feel alone and scared even if she had told him the truth about Mason. But, now he feels alone even more and confused because she lied and broke his trust and found werewolves that can help him understand what it all means to be a wolf.

Reguarding Tyler I think it’s a wolf pack that guided his instincts with Jules and the pack. Because he’s a lone wolf he connects with the first pack easily. Similarly to how Bonnie is with other witches. So his instinct on top of lies lead him to be less resistant to wanting to reject the pack.

I'm so glad to hear someone who has a very confused feelings about Buffy and Angel. I made another Buffy comment on this video before even hearing that!

About moving out of Mystic Falls! Hahaha, I think that all the time! But at the same time I feel like even if we ignore the irony of the town name, is like the hellmouth of Buffy. Sunnydale, like Mystic Falls, was a town that is particularly out of proportion infested with supernatural garbage.

Is it just me…or is Damon’s hair much more attractive and hotter than Stefan’s? I don’t like perfect hair like Stefan’s…never was a type I was attracted to…especially in my youth. Now Damon’s…oh yeah! 😅

Ian said the romantic scenes he has to do with Andi were the hardest because she is actually his best friends wife in real life.

You know a lot of people aren't into the whole Caroline torture-korn, but I'm not mad at it. I really don't know why it's just never bothered me that people seem to preferably torture Caroline. Like I love Damon, but he was abusive to her. Katherine thought, that would be a fun person to kill. If torture HAD TO happen to a character, Caroline is a "GOOD" pick. Who would have been next in line? Bonnie for sure. after watching the show so many times, I feel certain of the show runners
