Mikael is played by Sebastian Roché who I believe has played in every tv series ever created.😆 He was in Supernatural, Grimm, Fringe, Criminal Minds, Once Upon a Time, Law and Order, Sex and the City, Merlin, Bones to name just a few. As well as several years on General Hospital as Jerry Jacks. He has also in films and on stage. The man is an acting genius.

Love that even elena understand that Stefan loves his brother more than her and only damon can bring or trigger Stefan's humanity back on. Just like earlier when micheal tried to rip out his heart and u can see a glimmer of humanity sparkle in Stefan's eyes . Salvatore brothers r the real story and the only bond we care about tbh ...

the delena scene in the end is so symbolic and beautiful i just love it

I love Damon and Stephan's bond, it's refreshing that a centruries old brotherly bond is so important compared to the love interest

After Klaus had his first kill and his werewolf side came out, Elijah was the one helping his mother and Mikael to put the “stone and moon” curse on him to suppress his werewolf side. Elijah explained this to Hope in a deleted scene for the originals, he says that he is part of what made him go crazy before Hope was born. Mikael always looking down on him and abusing him and a mother how never protected him from that abuse and then have his big brother do that to him. Mikael then spent over 1000 years trying to hunt Klaus down and kill him, anyone would go paranoid from that! heartbreaking background store with the biggest character development in the original. Love him and he deserved more time with Hope. He did nothing but sacrifice himself to save her!

The reason why vampires can come and go in the Salvatore house without being invited (example: Rebekah) is because Elena died in the sacrifice. It is still her house, but the bond was severed when she died.

I love the Flashback but honestly I really wish they've made a mirror version of the Flashback in the Originals with Kol's perspective of the same moments. SPOILER ALERT It really would of been interesting to see how he was when he lost what he cared about the most, his power. (since we know how much he loved being a witch) and also after their mother death how he would react when seeing his brothers and sister made a promise that their little brother (him) was no part of. It's a bit heartbreaking to imagine but still I think people would of get his character better with certain Flashback like this. Anyway sorry for the long post but I love Kol (obviously) and I just dream of seeing a little witch Kol learning magic stuff, it would of been adorable. 💖

Jer there is a 3rd option to a vampire diet, instead of feeding on humans or going the veggie diet with animals which wont taste good and makes u weak. You could also do the Caroline diet and just feed on blood bags and not people, that way your just as strong. I think all vampire should try from one human at least though with a friend watching just incase maybe lol, so the vampire can learn control and actually experience the bloodlust and how to manage it rather than Stefans method who never learned control just go to from one extreme to another. I feel so sorry for Klaus, I remember being on our guys team but really not being ok with them killing Klaus or even wanting to. Even after finding out about Klaus killing his mother, I still felt bad for him because I bet it was just him enrage and heartbroken, lashing out without actually realizing the gravity of what hes just done. Esther started all this mess by making her kids vampires, cheating on her husband, cursing and then abandoning her own son which is terrible enough. So I understand Klaus lashing out, making a mistake and I also take into account hes a baby vampire at the time with new heightened emotions, he also have his werewolf aggression/temper. Plus we saw a small mild taste of some of the abuse and bullying he had to endure from his "father" Mikael. I Cant stand Mikael, hes pathetic to me and a bully, hunting his kids for a 1000 years and blaming Klaus for his mothers infidelity and what he is.
