I thought I was tripping. Thank you for this comment. I don’t want to knock the business. But if I’m going vegan I want the body to show for it. Health wise not just visually. Whats the sense of going vegan if you’re still eating unhealthy? Fooling your brain into thinking it’s still meat?

I don’t just talk the talk I walk the walk too. Not saying I’m perfect I just ate some donuts but I also get my cardio on. It seems this person isn’t attacking that she’s a black business woman but pointing out that being vegan should imply certain health markers and by appearances perhaps it’s a bit deceiving that their markers are skewed. There are healthy and unhealthy vegans. Some eat French fries, fried veggies and high carbs with some soy protein thrown in with lack of exercise and that’s a bad sell. There’s healthy meat eaters too that look much more lean and strong than these gyals. I actually came to the comments to see if anyone else was thinking a diet of veggies, fruits, dairy and animal protein free shouldn’t look like this! They are consuming too much of something I’m guessing sugar. It doesn’t look healthy!

@@hvega8199crab cakes are mostly vegetables already so it’s really easy to make them with other proteins. I make some with chickpeas and they don’t taste like crab but have a similar look and texture so it’s a useful comparison. Also had some alligator ones in Australia once that were a solid 9/10

​@@kurosu-samaklipleri7090 I would never and do the vegan diet myself, but I disagree with you. Some people can't eat meat because they have hormonal reactions and allergies to it. It's crazy, I know, and they aren't happy about it either. So it's kind of nice for them to be able to replicate meals that they can't have anymore.
