That Blood Heir drama lasted for a solid month on Twitter and I still cannot even... The dumbest stuff came from that drama but I am so glad she retracted her apology and put out a statement standing up for herself and her book, and then it got published! And she is still writing books. I just don't read/not interested in YA anymore, so I have not read her recent novels.

I actually do buy books, that I don't read all the time 😅 There's many reasons (gifts, giveaways), but also... I like collecting books in different languages... couldn't read them even if I wanted to lol... but I love my collection 🤗

Gifts and giveaways makes sense! There's a big thing on BookTube to do hauls of popular books just for views because you know you'll get views of the book, and then nothing else comes of it, which is odd.
