I was never a huge fan of Dennis Darts, but these SPDs were something special. Gutted to not get a wee hurl on the last ones in service with Lothian. the glory days of them being on the 22 and screaming along the West Approach Road wont be forgotten! thanks for the vid :)
Near my home town, SN53AUY, SN53AVC, SN53AVF & SN53AVL are with Renown Transport Services of Bexhill, and SK52OJD and SN53AUW are with Rambler Coaches Of Hastings. :-)
I would suggest looking for them after 17th August as Bay Travel are taking over three Stagecoach Fife services from that day forth. These routes are: 17B (Cowdenbeath/Kelty circular), 20A (Lochelly/Ballingry circular) 89/89A (North Queensferry - Crossford via Ferrytoll P&R and Dunfermline). I won't guarantee the Darts will work these routes as BT also have Solos and ex-London Tridents but I'm hoping the Darts work them.
Little update; the Darts are being used on the 89/89A. So far, I've seen CFS, OJH and AVT work them, two of which I just caught the other day (Still got OJH and AVR to catch).
