Why do you want to bring more children in this world? Dont you see the condition of the world right now? If you want to grow your family there are THOUSANDS of children sitting in foster home & with abusive 'parents' who would love a family like yours. I understand wanting to experience pregnancy but if your already paying $3000 why not just adopt or become foster parents until another adoption becomes available?

The Doctor said my Daughter probably wouldn't be able to have children but I kept hope and I prayed hard. Now I'm a grandmother of a beautiful 3 yr old , in 2 more months I'll be a grandmother of another beautiful little girl.

Had my mother listen to that doctor and not kept her faith in God, I wouldn't have enjoyed the beautiful blessings that I am mother and grandmother to. May God continue to bless you and your family.

@Nailah Washington God blessed you sista. I too lost a child due to a miscarriage. I would've had six children. I was in a stressful and abusive relationship. But I went on to have three more beautiful children. God always will have a plan for us. Even in our darkest hour. Sharing our stories bring renewed faith for others. Then later God blessed her to be able to carry beautiful baby girls and make their beautiful baby boy a big brother. God is great.

The Midianites sacrificed babies for supposed wealth and power (common with Baal or Baal Peor), were known as raiders allied with a few other tribes, and had a LONG history of harassing the Israelites before and after the battle you reference. If a random person says a racist thing to her - will she go home and be mean to the kid because of that 3. The kids might grow up with an identity crisis if they are only hanging around her black people and listening to rap music.

Where is the "LOVE" button? Families do NOT have to match. Blood is NOT what makes a family a family. Trust me on this one. I was the youngest of 3 children and my parents were married for 64 years, before my birth mother passed away last year. I have NEVER felt as a member of that family in the 57 years that I have been alive and I have suffered great torture, physical and mental abuse growing up and continued mental abuse my entire lifetime. My wonderful auntie has been more of a mother to me than my own birth mother and my friends have been more family to me than my birth family has ever been. You see, blood really means NOTHING. What makes a parent or a family, is LOVE!!💖 It's ALL about the LOVE. You cannot put a religion, culture or color on LOVE, because REAL love is unconditional. Congratulations on your perfect and beautifully blended family. 💖

We had always planned to foster to adopt but thought we would do it later in life after having natural children and then God laughed because His plans were so much better than the ones our earthly beings were trying to cultivate. I wouldn’t change it for a second! And now I just laugh at the strangers in public that say weird inappropriate things about how our family looks. 😜🥰

Crazy Jess humans can be so rude. Only thing they are smirking at or giving a “side-eye” to is a family GOD HIMSELF put together. To mess with what GOD has made is a dangerous situation and people need to take heed to that. It doesn’t matter if you have a purple kid with 3 eyes it is none of anyone’s concern or business. Those people are usually so unhappy in their own lives they look to make others miserable if they can, but sweetheart You and Your amazing family have GOD not only with you and beside you, HE personally made your family happen. What a Blessing and a Testimony that is for your family. I know being a Mom is amazing and I feel for the woman who want so badly and can’t but I also have to remember as we have both said, “GOD is in control and has a plan for everything, but all in HIS timing.” Not yours or mine, but HIS. I struggle with that sometimes because I as an imperfect human, am very impatient. Being a Mom has helped with that but honestly girl, I could still use work on it. Just keep my family in your Prayers as well, if that isn’t being to forward but I’ll take all the Prayers I can get. I know the BIG MAN already knows the needs of not only myself and my family but yours and others as well. That is why HE is a BIG GOD and HE is in control of everything. Have you ever heard the old saying, “We make plans and GOD laughs!!!” I also think of that when someone says well we planned something one way but GOD did it in a different way and/or a different time and it was so much better. HE always knows what is best for us and our needs and I just need to think about that and dwell on that quite a bit more. Good Luck to you and your super special family. Plus for all those people with the sideways glances or the snarky comments, next time just look at them and say, “GOD is so Amazingly Great isn’t HE?!” That will not only let them know you see and hear them but may make them feel ashamed of themselves but also let them know you are proud of the family GOD have you and let them know that you all Glorify GOD for it all. @@firewaterbydesign THANK YOU Kathleen! In my case, I was adopted. I was 5 years old. At that age I had no clue that my birth parents were alcoholics. I just wanted to go back with them and my brother. I was adopted by a very abusive family. My adopted mom did not want me at all, but my adopted dad kept bugging her about it, until she finally agreed. I got nothing but physical and emotional abuse from my adopted mom and sexual abuse by my adopted dad. I did reunite with my biological family. My father died when he was just 38 years old. My mother was not happy to see me and my brother again. But, I want to end this on a positive note. How I wish I had parents like Ezra! I would be so honored to meet his parents! I am happy for them and Ezra. What truly touches me is that they love Ezra SO so SO much; and he is Caucasian! I LOVE this!

Right on Mary! I hope this story encourages others to go from "Why me?" to adopting a child. I encourage everyone to find out just how many children are in need of adoption. Especially older children. It's almost impossible for a child over the age of 4-5 to ever be adopted. In addition, many people refuse to adopt a child that's not their race. A HUGE shout out to this couple for adopting Ezra!!!! He was a preemie, which can be costly and he appears to be a different race. I love this couple!!!

At the least the birth mom & dad didn't abort this child like a lot of them do. They did the right thing by him because they knew they couldn't provide for all his needs because of one reason or another. These parents had their prayers answered. Just like at the end the mother saying she knew now why she couldn't have children because God had other plans & blessed them with this child. I don't see why people get caught up in race! God's children come in all colors.
