That's partly because of a shortage of doctors, which is caused by the American Medical Association that puts a cap on the number of people that can graduate as doctors. They do this to keep doctor salaries high. There are many reasons why our current medical system sucks. It's not all down to just, oh, it's expensive and lets let the gov pay for it. Why is it so expensive? We never talk about that. Same thing with college. Oh, it should be free, lets let the gov pay for it. Why is it sooooo expensive? Why did tuition cost rise? Why could you pay for college yourself easily in the 70's? People just want to hand the check over to tax payers without negotiating the price.

I have amazing healthcare in Oklahoma. I can get free rides to and from the doctors visits, free meds, free surgeries, medical equipment, etc. And it doesn't take long. I was able to see the doctor and have my surgery within a week of making the appointment. I'm a quadriplegic and had a catheter inserted into my bladder. I wasn't billed a penny.

She behaves performatively and never admits she's wrong about anything. She just reframes the debate or goes on long-winded rants when losing the argument. Thus, she is very dishonest and not trustworthy. And she is also automatically hostile to certain people and topics, which makes her seem more like a political operative than a news host or journalist. Because of these problems with her communication approach, she is a terrible representative of leftist causes. I bet she turns off more people than she attracts to her causes. I know as someone who leans left myself, she turns me off with her approach. The adversarial approach does not work unless you plan on fighting a violent revolution.

I don’t think she’s far out when it comes to Universal Healthcare, I worked as a insurance agent in Kentucky at that, everybody thinks they are big time conservatives until they get that deductible or left over bill and all of a sudden they go from sounding like Ted Cruz to Bernie Sanders. IE, they like our current healthcare system until it happens to them and then it’s little ol me syndrome.
