If you look at the Slave 1 matte painting done for the Empire Strikes Back effects shot, it looks like the Hasbro Slave 1 has fairly film accurate color, especially for the green. The Hasbro Black Series Boba Fett Helmet is also more screen accurate to ESB. It was a drab military olive color, not a brighter green as in Jedi.
This is awesome! Ive been wanting to buy this for a while! I have saved this in my basket on eBay which I will be purchasing on pay day along with the vintage collection AT AT 👽✌🏻
Great review and amazing collection! I just started my Star Wars collecting two days ago, but I'm already going nuts ordering vintage collection figures. Now I'm already starting to lust for this beautiful toy space ship. It's going for $150 right now, so I'll hold out... until tomorrow at least! If you enjoy seeing other channels like yours, I talk about my addiction to collecting Masters of the Universe Origins figures, vehicles, and playsets that started earlier this year.
Thank you so much! I couldn't quite pull the trigger at $150 myself, but anything below that I think was well worth it! Good luck with your channel friend and thanks for watching!
Subbed back! You wouldn't know to look at my ever changing array of Star Wars Tees, but when I'm not talking star wars or movie in general I'm either talking fashion/style or cars.
I literally just got this one too, it came in back on Hasbro. Yeah those two stickers on the inside were tough, I feel like I'm at least a foot shorter than you so my hands are smaller but even still I had to use tweezers to get it in a position that wouldn't bug me. My wings don't stay horizontal either. But overall I really like it. The last one I had was a PotF one from the 90's.
Awesome! Yeah... I thought about grabbing some tweezers, but being on the inside, I just didn't care THAT much honestly. Mine was the one from Shadows of the Empire, maybe the save you have. So much fun, with that handle built in.
I am wondering if the sound charges where added for the prequels or if the original OT Boba Fett Slave 1 have that feature also...because it wasnt ised in the OT.. .idk.. That's a awesome weapon and glad they added it in the Mandalorian. Great review
just cam across this channel. I dont know if you got hold of a display stand for the Slacve 1, but if there is a maker space near you, perhaps they have a laser cutter where you can get something cut out of a sheet of acrylic.
Unfortunately not... I'm somewhat considering picking up a TVC Boba Fett to finish the display. It really should have for the price, but why when I might buy one anyway right?
@@StarWarsCollected Ugh! For 150 dollars it should come with Boba Fett and maybe every other figure in that picture! When did toys get so darn expensive? They just force you to go get him, because who wants just the ship without the pilot? Surprised carbonite Han isn't separate as well...
@@nemesis3295 I agree! The ship should probably retail for less than it does, and a figure would be nice, or perhaps it's exclusion forgivable if the price point was lower. Sometimes I forget that some of these things are supposed to be for kids... and that'd be a mighty generous toy for a kid from a price standpoint.
Great review, but can you do another vid with The Legacy Falcon and Slave 1 using the best Vintage collection figures and for the Falcon use the best figures to man the cockpit from Star Wars a New Hope to The Rise of Skywalker please
@@richardcampbell6189 Ah, interesting. I will say that in person I didn't really notice a particularly dark tint to it so you may find it forgivable in person.
