HR . Micro aggression is some one looking for a solution for a problem that doesn't exist. It is not your employer's responsibility to make you feel free from things that don't exist. They are hiring you to do a job not make you feel good

The thing about micro aggressive behavior is, it usually comes from individuals that are in leadership positions that really aren’t interested in being a productive asset to the company. They will pretend to be productive, as they have the mannerisms down pat. But when it comes to operating and excelling at a certain level of excellence that’s 2nd to none. #Idon’tthinkso A high percentage of these individuals usually only care about bonuses and *appearing productive. The longer that they’re in the company, the less they have a desire to do…..as they’re just looking for perks and ways to either control whoever wants to benefit from them, while aiming to be a thorn to anyone that seems like they’re coming for their position or actually does their job efficiently. Half the time, no one cares about them or having their position. The reality of these folks thinking will have you itch and scratch for days (maybe even months……) when you can’t stomach their face and stupidity. Just recently I left a company that I wouldn’t even know where to start, if I was asked about them. Personally I find the company and concept to be excellent…..but the folk and the culture in the office will have you vomit at will. I don’t and can’t bring myself to understand why anyone believes that they’re coming to work to feel good. Feeling good comes from the Life that you’re choosing to live. The only thing that should be on your mind (when at work) is executing. ……..and if you are clueless as to what that means. Focus on ***your responsibilities and in time, you will know.

After listening to it, I personally don’t find it to be bullshit, if such imitative are genuinely taken. I get that a lot of folk will just talk and say specifics. But if and when there is a genuine space that is made available for people with insight and concerns to come to……the company will not only win (when concerning having people that will care and likely go beyond their job description). But the employee, becomes more valuable. As everyone’s eyes and mind differs……which is something that gets invested into the company, while on the job. What most companies have is those in leadership bs-ing and talking shit, while insulting and complicating the lives of those that are actually present to be productive. Even if said person isn’t 100% invested in listening and being proactive with all employees, said person should be intelligent enough to be able to see and recognize (basically be able to tell the difference) between who is just complaining and who is bringing important things to their attention to address/become privy to.

Forty five seconds. I silently bet myself a diet coke that I wouldn't be able to last a minute. But now I'm worried that somehow bias has entered into my calculus.
