I met Peter Cullen at Cybercon Expo in NYC in July of 2005. Got him to sign an animation cell from my favorite performance of his: The Transformers episode “The Return of Optimus Prime part 2.” It was a cell of the scene with Optimus (coated with the heat-resistant alloy) fighting Rodimus Prime (who was infected with the Hate Plague). Really cool, funny guy. About a year later, he was announced as the voice of Optimus for the first live action film. I like to think by meeting him, I gave him good luck and helped boost his career. 😁
