I am an American, going on 70 years old. I have spent the last two weeks watching and listening to the tv show the voice, many countries have the show including Russia, Holland, China, and many others. The things I noticed besides the great talent was the facts that, when it comes to music, people almost everywhere are the same. It brings feelings from the heart. No politics, no greed, racism, just a lot of good feelings! I’m thinking that perhaps Heaven is something like this.

This was back in 2013. Almost 10 years later, we're still listening to her rendition of this song. That's how powerful this is. We've been forever moved.

Why on Earth this video has only 4 millions views whereas low artists like Justin bieber, Nicki minaj and others have videos with hundreds of millions of views. THAT is real music, the voice of this girl is like liquid gold. I have never cried so much while listening to someone singing. I'm speechless everytime, it's incredible. I don't understand Polish at all, but the emotion in the voice of the coaches makes it clear that what happened on stage was something very special and unique.

I think this is one of. If not the greatest blind audition i have heard on any voice show worldwide!!!

Here's the translation to what the judges are saying: JUSTYNA: Honey, what's your name? (Dorota) Dorotka.. let me just put on my glasses because you can tell that I've been crying and I just can't allow myself to show that much emotion. Nevertheless, you know what.. you sang so beautifully. And then this girl comes along and all our tricks and lies that we've lied to ourselves, all hidden hurts, just burst open like a Pandora's box and we start having tears in our eyes. Thats a reward for a person in their sixties. And the fact that she chose me is a miracle! :)

Jak ja tęsknię za takim voicem. To była najlepsza edycja, najlepsze głosy, najlepsi trenerzy. Od 7 lat oglądam to wykonanie i zawsze doprowadza do łez...

I am a mucisian/songwriter for more than 35 years (male) and have a pretty good ear for frequecncies and tone, yet I have never heard a human voice sustain notes so steadily. The human voice is an organic thing, unlike a mechanical instrument, and therefore subject to many minute flaws of fluctuation, warble or pitch in even the greatest and most controlled voices. I have never heard a human vocal instrument as near perfect as Dorota's vocal chords. Truly an amazing gift. It would be a complete crime to not log many hours of recordings of her rich tone and perfectly controlled notes and scales. There is virtually no fluctuation in her legato notes I would love to see her power notes on an oscilloscope. Her modulation must create a perfect tone with every wave the exact same height until she goes into her beautiful vibrato. That is what it sounds like to me, so I can imagine what the waveform must look like. What a privilage to experience this performance….. I’m just sorry I couldn’t experience it live…. Goosebumps all over and that has never happened to me so consistantly as when Dorota sings. Dorota is a one in a billion.

To był chyba jedyny występ w historii The voice of Poland, gdzie w końcu można było słyszeć tylko występującego, a nie miliony komentarzy od jury i rodziny. Niesamowite wykonanie, które wywołuje u mnie ciarki do dziś, coś pięknego, krystalicznego!

Bardzo dziękuję Panu Markowi za to, że w 84 w Sopocie wyszedł do zwykłego człowieka (małolata wówczas) , którego nie było stać na wejście na koncert ! Dostałem od Pana Marka Piekarczyka bilet.... i autograf ! Bardzo Panu dziękuję !

We speak different languages, we came here from different cultures. Nevertheless, there's something common in our souls - so we can feel the same magic, and share the same delight, when we're listening to Dorota's singing. Music, it seems, knows no borders.
