I was at work when this happened. My manager asked me "Why are you on your phone?" Me: "Russian civil war just started." It was the best and most disappointing 24 hours of my life, I've never laughed so hard

Looking at this coup as a russian, I knew from the start that it won't go anywhere. Prigozhin did it only to save his own skin. I must admit though, the memes during those two days were hilarious. I've been laughing my ass of. My favourite being that the Potato Man himself "saved Russia from collapse by talking Prigozhin down". This is pure comedy gold right there. What amazed me was absolute lack of action from MOD and authorities alltogether. If Evgenka wanted, he could have entered Moscow. Shame he didn't, it would make Kremlin look even worse. The good thing us that this coup showed just how weak Putler and his supposed allies are. A large quantity of oligarchs immediatley got into their private jets and fuckin' booked it. Putler had to assure his big daddy Xi that everything is under control. Shoigu and the MOD were collectively shitting their pants, not knowing how to react and what to do. This is pure weakness and incompetence of the authorities. They became a laughing stock for everyone to see and I absolutely adore it.

This is the most ambitious RU-vidr crossover I’ve seen in a long time. Never thought I’d see Vaush and LazerPig in the same conversation, let alone watch them fight over the doughnuts in the CIA break room.

The reason Russian guy had a gun near him is this. When you are fighting a PMC made up of fellow Russian ... any poorly paid Russian Soldier is eligible to join.... especially if they take out Russian Officers. So it was both a threat and the guy scared he doesn't know who to trust.

I was so excited when I heard about the Wagner mutiny. I literally thought Ukraine was going to win the war and Russia would be thrown into chaos as a result of it. It was a wild 24 hours with one of the most anti-climactic conclusions.

I have said repeatedly... Ukraine has handled this war about as perfectly as physically possible... While Russia has done the opposite... I don't think anyone could have done a worse job at invading a country if they tried.

i stil l can't believe this happened, i had a lot of things on my 2023 bingo card and failed Russian civil war was not one of them. still extremely disappointed Wagner didn't go all the way. i didn't want them to win, nor did i think they had a good chance of success. but man did i want to see what would happen when the rat tried to fight the snake.

Past nafo streams have had a good balance between joking around and actually covering the situation, but I feel like your rapid rise to youtube success maybe made some of you a bit giddy. It was just real frustrating to see Dylan try a few times to drag the topic back to what was actually happening in Russia at the time only to be totally disregarded in favor of planning future streams or wondering aloud what personalities you should invite on. I hope you take this for the friendly advice from a fan that it is; I just want nafo to be the best it can be
