As I've said, I'm a Jayco guy (although they are tasking me these days), cabinet struts were a long standing Jayco standard across their line. The fact they're missing in a WHITEHAWK is yet another reason RockStaff and Coachmen are getting more attention from me. C'mon Jayco, let's get back to that "most livable RV" standard (draining sinks in outside kitchens, swiveling TV mounts, struts, full sized vent fans, etc). This is a fine unit, but the lack of details, like the struts, just makes me wince as a loyal Jayco customer. Thanks for the time, effort and honesty as always Josh!!
We have this same layout in our FR Wildcat 276fkx. Ours is 2 feet longer and has a little more storage in bathroom and bedroom. Have to say Jayco made several nice improvements. Certainly like the deco better. That kitchen counter will support an air fryer, dish dry mat. Small Keurig coffee maker, full size crockpot spice holder dish AND a printer. Our upper storage has hinges that keep the door open. Our tv does have a nice swing arm. Overall I like most of Jayco's design. It's a great couples unit! Glad you like it too!
Yeah Rockwood came out with this in their 2608BS and HOLY COW they spawned an industry of clones.. that's not all bad though. It's nice to have options! And the fact is everybody copies everybody.
I love the white kitchen and the lack of grey ANYWHERE… but especially no grey on the floor. Those slides at the same elevation as the camper floor is awesomazing
Dag nabbit!!! Just when I think I’ve got my next RV choice identified - THIS happens. 😂. Love the dining table, the front window side of the kitchen and the theater seating but the fact that it’s got a big persons’ bed? Finally!
Josh, thank you for sharing this with us! My husband and I enjoy your posts on RU-vid! It shows how much you know what customers want to know! You hits the highlights and shows the difference in the campers similar to the one you are showing. This is a 4.5 stars out of 5. The reason I gave it this rating because I agree about the struts on cabinets. I prefer a booth dinette than chairs that will needed to tide down while traveling! Not a fan for tankless water heater! Those are breaking points for me!😢 Other than that I love the floor plan. The tv looks big enough for us to enjoy! Spaces area in kitchen and dining area! Love the extra counter space in the kitchen to prepare foods or coffee maker! The bedroom is also plus for me! Not a fan for king size bed. I like to walk around my bedroom without worrying that I might fall onto the bed. My husband like the radius shower. Not a fan on the rectangle shower but each their own. Like the two door entrance even though I have to go through the bedroom to get to bathroom! I know most people won’t but I don’t see it as a break point not to buy! I will keep looking for the 5 stars camper! The biggest questions for us is what are we willing to live without! But right now we have time before we retired to find the right one for us! I’m hoping Josh will have the one for us! No pressure on you Josh!😂 Just kidding! We love what you are doing since we live far away! My husband been speaking about visiting the area to check out what you have on stock. Maybe we see you there!😉
TY so much for tuning in and sharing! Regarding those water heaters.. this year it seems like they were a MAJOR shift in the RV marketplace. I feel like they're only going to grow in commonality rather than shrink
Josh, you did it again! Now this is more to my liking! Love the openness of the kitchen with the light coming in through the windows as well as the slide opening up the space. There’s still the issue of visiting grands but this is a definite runner up! Plus it’s in the JayCo family and I really like this company!
I do the octave jump thing too. I don’t know about the T-Rex arms though. I hope I don’t do that😂 Seriously, I appreciate self deprecating humor. Folks who take themselves too seriously are missing out on a lot of laughter. I’m digging the shade in the front windshield & skylight, & the Furion fridge. This has a really nice layout & color scheme. Jayco consistently produces superb products.
And these new tables some manufacturer are coming out with are fabulous! They mostly in motor homes but they should really apply them to towables too! The versa tables that can turn from a bar table looking out the window to a desk to a regular table are amazing you can do so much with that and no matter who your custy is they would be able to find a use for it! They are great and amazing space savers hopefully they come to towables!
My dad has the Rockwood version of this layout. One thing I noticed with his, and it's a minor annoyance, is that when you get both slides out the trailer won't site level, even with the jacks down. It's not extreme, but it is noticeable. The big downfall is the hitch weight. That 1275 Lbs is empty. Get both of those 30 Lbs tanks full of propane, get a couple of deep cycle RV batteries in the battery box on the tongue, your stuff that you carry in your front compartment, as well as your weight distro hitch, that tongue weight easily went to 1400+. To give yourself some headroom so you aren't all the way at the top end of your tongue and payload capacity once you get all of your goodies loaded, you might actually have to be in 1 ton range of truck.
Big miss on the lack of struts to keep the overhead compartments open. The 2 door access is no big deal. Nice looking unit and another great video. Wish it had either Morryde CRE 3000 or Road Armor. For this price point of a unit should really have better suspension.
Hey there Skywalker another well done video. I am a fan of the Whitehawk! We owned our since 2018 with limited issues. Keep up the good work and may the force be with you😊.
Hopefully those missing struts is just a symptom of this being their first prototype and not an indication of their intended direction. I've always liked those little "jayco doing jayco things" and hope it continues
Hi Josh! We really enjoyed your video! My husband and I just purchased one of these in San Antonio, TX. Super excited and can’t wait to pick it up. In the meantime, we can watch your video over & over to help us remember all the details! Howdy from Texas!!
Love your reviews Josh! This is a similar layout to my older Jayco Eagle but the big difference is the left hand side of the kitchen counter is storage, I also think that a radius shower is a deal breaker, other than that, a great unit
Beautiful layout! I love the 2 exit doors. Hate the radius shower, not Fluffy friendly enough for me. Love the dinette and the theater seats. Struts on all overhead cabnits is kinda a must when your balance challenged as I am. Need one hand to hold on while getting stuff out of or into the cabnit. Btw how much would it cost to have struts put on all cabnits thruout the camper? Were those 30gal propane tanks? Wish it had power Jacks. Would a double bed matress fit or would the wood support stick out? Those floor outlets? I'd plug my rumba vacuum in there. I agree with you I love when the floor slide flooring matches the rest of the camper. I like wide stance tires. How much to upgrade to the fancy hardware under there?
I don’t know the cost to add things like struts unfortunately It would be more labor time than parts cost. If someone did it themselves, then it would probably only be a few dollars
Thanks Josh, I know your always saying that bed struts and cabnit struts are a small fix and just ask. So I thought I would ask. Lol. And I can see how labor could jack up the price. Still I'd like to know how much. But I plan on purching one with everything already on the camper. But if the one I finally get doesn't have them then I'll have them put in.
I wish there was no bedroom door. Give us more storage!!!! That’s the perfect space for even a small vanity/desk with a window or an awesome outdoor kitchen with more storage. Also traeger ranger or gmg included instead of the cheap griddles could be cool
This is the floor plan my husband and I are in love with. Love the table and chairs! I'm in California. I hope I will be able to find this one in my area come April!
Great couples camper! I agree that the TV should definitely pivot and those overhead kitchen and bedroom cabinets NEED struts. Love the storage slot and included picnic table and the versatility of the coat closet/pantry. Now if we could do something to improve the shower... otherwise pretty close to perfect!
I don’t mind the radius shower. As someone who full time lives in my current unit, a full hanging wardrobe is a must. Otherwise I love the updates for this unit. Thanks for the great entertaining video Josh!
Hi Josh, I have the same dual door setup (main living area and bedroom) with the same stair configuration. I prefer that over dual stable steps since i usually dont even bother deploying the bedroom steps at the campsite. I really only use them for bedroom access when the slide is in. Another great video, thanks!!
Wow!! Love it. We are looking for something like this for our elderly parents to live in onour lot. This is definitely on our list to go look at in person
I love a front kitchen and rear bedroom. I like this floorplan overall even though slides aren't my favorite. Seems silly they wouldn't have put struts on those cabinets. Can't be that hard or expensive. Pretty sure the link is to the wrong rig though.
Link is actually correct but these aren’t yet in production. I dropped the link for future reference That link searches for models using “26fk” as a designator. A few campers do that so the search might yield something else for now
The accordion steps under the bedroom door also mean that they won’t need to be lifted into the bedroom. If you opt to not have the stairs out, they aren’t impeding bedroom space. I thought it looked weird until I realized that.
Coffee maker in the corner of the bench by the pop up power stand. I like the colour, you can add splashes of colour to personalise but it doesn't dictate. The good fan in the kitchen will deal with any smoke/cooking fumes. Swivel stands are a great idea, saves on storage room for something else. Dont like the outlets so close to the floor. Like the bedroom, would change nothing there. Like the side stands, nothing like sitting up with morning coffee and having somewhere to sit it. Need struts on all overhead cabinets!
Vertical door need holds. Tongue weight is Half ton killer. Bad road moad. Like the layout. Great storage. Wide stance is nice. Which more models had this. Love the kitchen.
I've been looking for a good 2 years for my stationary deer camp RV. I think I just found it! My son has bought two campers from Bish's and I'll keep it in the family as long as the wifey can be convinced ; )
The hitch weight loaded up is going to be super high. Good friends of ours have a Rockwood 2506s. It’s claimed 814lbs on the hitch. But think about here a bunch of weight is packed in the RV. Front storage and kitchen. When they weighed it out it was putting near 1200lbs on the hitch. Maxed out their F150. This being bigger with a huge slide up front in doubting a 1/2 ton is going to feel good towing thjs
That IS a challenge with front ktichens where a slide is ALSO in front of the axles like that BUT.. I somehow goofed when listing the hitch weight at nearly 1300lbs. It's actually just over 800 Still needs considering of course, but that's a huge difference
When i saw the outlet near the floor in the kitchen my mind instantly went to a place to plug in a vacuum. I know it's carpet less but ones of those cheap plug in vacuum is so much easier for me then getting that last little line of dust from the dust pan lol. Also can set a basket under the dining chair and let kids plug in tablets so they aren't taking up counter space. Or even the power drill battery to charge. No outlet is a bad outlet they will get used lol. Thanks for your videos they are the best!
I am a huge White Hawk fan. I had a 28re and even though it was considered a couples unit we had alot Of seating in the living room for when we had company. This trailer is great however it has no room for company
Being a baking mom/Nana I would use the back counter space for my baking supplies in Tupperware on the one side, the other side coffee stuff and the middle a plant ot two. Being parked a long time of course. The pantry drawer by the door would be full of the kid's snacks lol
They lost me on the corner shower, but over all a great unit! The kitchen is very functional and huge spaces! I would prefer the sandy toupe, but I’m not a fan of brown. 😅as you know
I really wish you enjoyed your job! 😂😂😂 Still new to the channel. Love watching your videos. I appreciate you being honest about all of it. Great video! This would be a great one person (meaning ME!!) RV. 😊 Thanks so much! Keep having fun!
I saw one of these yesterday at an RV show in Chattanooga, TN. I really like it! I would consider it but would have to upgrade my truck to 3/4 ton due to the tongue weight. Can’t afford that any time soon 😔.
Great review and a really great new floor plan from Jayco. Last year were head to head choosing between 25RB Feather and 27RB White Hawk and went with the 25RB. For our needs, the Hawk wasn’t “better enough” than the virtually identical Feather, even though we liked the barrel ceiling and sturdier floor construction. Had there been a 26FK, we might have gone with that one, though! Here is my personal score on this model in addition to your excellent review, Josh. Plus: Kitchen counter space & windows all around, kitchen storage, huge pass through, pull down blackouts, and the AC and USB outlets near the floor in the kitchen are EXACTLY what my wife and I need for working in our camper - huge improvement over draping extension cords from the pop-up power tower in our 25RB Feather kitchen (HINT: Jayco, for the 25RB/27RB/29RL just work a combo receptacle in the wall near the floor just past the slide opening - you know, below where the backer is for the bedroom TV mount); love the picnic table storage, eliminated floor vents, pantry/coat closet by door (similar to 25RB/27RB), bedroom storage 10X improvement over Hawk 27RB. Minus: the shock struts on the overhead doors would be a nice Hawk vs Feather upgrade (only a minor problem for me - I’d just DIY it). Love the MAXXAIR ceiling fan but come on Jayco, go ahead & include the roof vent cover and bump the price another $40; no outside kitchen or at least outside fridge/storage like 25RB/27RB (huge for me). Sorry for the long comment - this is a great floor plan that I would not upgrade to from the Feather 25RB, but probably would have bought as an alternative to the 25RB/27RB. (Why do I keep watching these videos and commenting on campers when I am 100% happy with my current Jayco?)
The floorplan is fantastic and the Azdel is a great upgrade. After being disappointed in their 27RK design, this one is really nice. We have the 2021 26RK w/the Furrion 10 cf DC fridge and the Furrion a/c units. I have to admit that I'm questioning the quality of the Furrion refrigeration devices. Our fridge seems to have some cooling issues after just 7 weeks total use over a little more than a year. We have dual a/c units and both like to freeze up even though the main ducted unit was replaced under warranty. I want to add that both units have clean air filters and clean coils. Being that we are in Texas, the units are proving to be a challenge since we have to babysit them so they don't freeze up. Because of those items, I think, if we were going this route again, I'd go with another brand that used Dometic a/c units and a Dometic DC compressor fridge. When our Furrion fridge dies, we'll be out a lot of money replacing it with a new Dometic fridge but I think we'll have a better quality unit. I'd like to upgrade to a tankless but I'd go with another brand until the Furrion tankless proves itself to be a reliable water heater.
@@terryglover6361 I'm sure all of them have issues; however, Furrion seems to have just started manufacturing refrigerators and a/c units in response to shortages during the pandemic. If we have to replace our Furrion unit, it certainly won't be with the new guy to the refrigeration business. Furrion makes a lot of good products, I'm just not sure their refrigerators or a/c units are some of them. There aren't a lot of choices, either. Dometic, Norcold, Furrion, Everchill, and maybe one or two more in the 12v DC compressor market.
I feel like RV appliances are like cell phone companies.. you're the biggest fan of the one that disappointed you the longest time ago. Does that make sense?
@@JoshtheRVNerd Makes sense. Since this is our first rig, the Furrion is the only brand I know and that have experience with. I have leaned on the experience of RV service techs that have decades of experience since mine is lacking and Furrion refrigeration products are the new kid on the block, so to speak. With these appliances being so expensive, I just try to chose the brand(s) that have the highest reliablility track record. Nothing is perfect or without issue but I don't want to be the guinea pig for a companies new product. Expensive product at that.
I’m glad to see that came out with a front kitchen layout again. Are used to have a 2003 camper with a front kitchen and the wife and I loved it. I feel Jayco needs to make one in the eagle line.
We bought a 2022Freedom Express FK and have found a lot of " Wish we saw that before" moments. This has shallow overhead kitchen cabinets so you don't bang your head like in ours. This actually has storage under the sink area. The Freedom express "U"tensil drawer stinks. Nothing fits in those U shaped drawers and things fall out landing down in the front pass through. With a pleated shade on the windshield, you can see right into ours at night (The neighbors brought this to our attention) The queen bed works much better than a king in this floorplan. This has better room around the toilet, but yes, the shower is still very small. Ours also came with a small, dumb TV, but the entertainment wall is not angled. But when the slide is closed, it causes the flooring on it to bunch up and run under the bathroom door. We decided on the Freedom Express because the single door gives you more bedroom storage on that wall. Maybe that extra door isn't so bad....
Love your humor! The best part of this design is the kitchen. Extra counter space, large window, skylight. You don't feel closed in with all the open space in that kitchen. I like the farmhouse decor, it makes the interior seem huge with all the white. The storage is excellent in the kitchen and bedroom. I like the way you show off the storage by having all the cabinets open at once. It really lets you see the capacity better than opening one or two doors at a time as most do. Now just have to wait on that price.....
From a previous comment: "Dag nabbit!!! Just when I think I’ve got my next RV choice identified - THIS happens." Boy, agree. The TV does need to be on a swing arm and the cabinets should have the struts in this class I think. I just can't give you enough props for talking about towability and payload. Nobody does that and I feel it's probably underappreciated by the masses, but not the # nerdherd. Who makes the best version of this floorplan, who can say. Man, I can't. Doesn't Ember have one coming out too... I want around a 30 ft. trailer so I can keep it parked at my house. Still think I need to upgrade my truck from a 1/2 ton first. Then, that opens up the 30 ft. 5'th. wheels. Thanks Nerd!
Still one of the best all around couple layouts. Ditch the bedroom slide, closet and few cabinets to get this thing down to a sub 6k weight/8-900hitch and it would be a half ton killer.
Personally, at 8-900 lb on hitch, this will probably still max out most half tonnes.. And this beefy girl is definitely a 3/4 tonne tow requirement.. I used to tow my salem/wildwood 27rks with a half tonne, and it was right at the edge of what I felt was safe, and I run 18 wheelers all week long.. But that was just my feeling.. Could it do it, sure.. Was it safe, probabily, was I comfortable with it.. Meh... I upgraded my tow pig, so when I do upsize, I will be set
816lbs hitch weight btw. I don't know where I got that 1200+ on the video. Apologies. I likely misread the early access engineering spec sheet (that I don't have a lot of experience with)
@@JoshtheRVNerd well, that makes a bit more sense! 1200 seemed a bit.... Excessive, but with that nice big front kitchen, a few full propane tanks and a pair of big battery's, she's still gonna be heavy, but surely not 1200...thats fifth wheel hitch weight!
I use a manual coffee brewer so that elevated front kitchen counter would be a great place for me to keep my electric kettle, coffee grinder and kitchen scale. I'd put a toaster in the corner opposite and leave the space in front of the window open. If you are going to do some extended living that would be a perfect place for a planter with some fresh herbs
I had similar thoughts and immediately thought of my grandmother's kitchen. The entire back wall of her huge counter top is lined with jars of things like sugar, flour, salt.. one for dog treats that I hope she never mixes up into our mashed potatoes LOL I could see something similar here. Maybe a countertop holder for things like bigger whisks/spoons that fight RV drawers
I had just chosen the Jay Feather 22rb for purchase and while exiting the lot took the opportunity to wander into this exact unit. BIG MISTAKE! OMG! Experiencing this unit nearly killed the 22rb for me! LOL.I looked around the kitchen and was in awe! I knew I needed to get the heck outta there before ruing the love I had 22rb. I never went into the bed or bath. This model might be in my future some day, as it really is quite beautiful and that spectacular kitchen? It really is just amazing. For now though, my new 22rb is my hangout. Thanks Josh. Love your videos!
Nice review, Josh. This is one of the two floor plans we are considering. The other being the rear dinette like Cougar. I think this particular units is longer and the tongue weight higher than all the other options. I like the decor and love that the front kitchen floor plan still has nice pass through storage. Shame it's bigger than were we want to be.
My voice crack period hit HARD in the middle of an 8th grade history report in which I had to speak before the entire class. I couldn't help it, so I leaned into it and just cracked it harder a few times. Had everyone laughing. Teacher included. I got an A. Don't know if it's because I did good work or if the guy felt sorry.. but Hey.. an A is an A!
Don't like the panels on the refrigerator, needs the struts on the cabinets, make the closet bigger and step above on both doors. Jayco needs to do more of the Rockwood 2608BS.
I love love love the floor plan. Sure the door struts would be great. But could you swap out the table for the banquette on a sofa bed for the theater?
Judy I apologize I am not sure exactly what you’re asking with how you’ve phased the question Are you asking what seating options are available? If so… you can pick a theater seat or hide a bed for the sofa And you have the choice of a booth or table/chairs
Counter should be all one height. Not a fan of the skylight, another source of leakage. Expanding table is nice. I like the light fixture between the theatre seats and the table! Styling. Wish there were more. The faucet in the bathroom would have to be changed out.
I would like to see more shelves in the entry pantry/closet. One shelf (ok 2 if you count the bottom) does not a pantry make. Easy enough to add later but would like maybe 3 of those flip up shelves.
Though I always enjoy your videos, and have been for a long time now, I am a 5th wheel kinda person though this isn't a bad rig at all. Don't like the pass-thru bathrooms as the noise I make would wake the wifey, talk about a Sheeze storm, but I see that Jessica is showing that your neck of the country is getting colder, so always appreciate the time you take in almost any weather to give us the straight forward low-down on these RV's! Stay safe, Take Care.
Josh thanks for your detailed review. I noticed around at the 15 minute mark while walking thru door number two with the slide in, there was water pooling on the floor dripping off of the lower corner of the slide out. That water is pooling right by the bathroom door entrance. Is that common on slide outs when retracted inward?
That was a result of the slide being retracted while raining. You know how I mention sometimes slides shouldn't be USED when partially open/closed? That's a major reason why -- the seals aren't fully engaged and water can sneak thru If just opening/closing and leaving, then there's not much to worry about. Leaving it that way is a recipe for disaster though
I waited and waited for this trailer.I finally found a great deal on a Rockwood 2608BS so I bought it last month. I would have preferred the Jayco maybe next time.
I like it a lot and I greatly appreciate they're attempting to go ventless. At the end of the day, though, and you've gotta be honest Uncle Josh, it's just not the same without Steve the Stovetop.
For this length this is still my favourite layout for a couple. I'm looking for a guest suite to park behind my house. The front kitchen/rear bedroom, with front drainage would be ideal. I especially like that the fridge has panels, not the mirrored black glass. I like the 2 door access, even if I'd put in a clothes rod on front of the bedroom to exterior door, it would still be accessible for emergency. I'd make the bedroom tv nook for clothes, hanging if possible. I like that the bathroom is not a walk-through. If i win the Lotto I'd get a longer one if it could be backed into my driveway from the street. (I have 150' after it makes the 90degree turn from the street.) I really want my daughter & her husband to come to BC. 😊 (BC stands for Bring Cash) 😳😬🇨🇦
I like the lay out of this camper. I like the pass thru storage in the front of the camper. Great kitchen area with lots of counter space. Azdel siding must be new for Jayco. I don’t like the way the hanging closet is in the bedroom. They should have made it all the way across the wall. I wish they would have put solid steps on both doors. It’s a little long for national parks. We’ve had two Jayco’s and loved both of them. So I know the quality is great.
They started using azdel when the Jay Feather Micro was introduced and were testing before that. Eventually Jay Feathers went azdel with white hawk shortly after.
This is our favorite floor plan and until now Rockwood/Flagstaff was the best option for it but now…. This Whitehawk kills it with all the pass through storage in front. The only drawback is you should probably tow with a three quarter ton truck. Great review Josh. PS Are the specs correct that this only has a 30 gallon grey tank? That’s a disappointment.
I think they missed the mark on it being a good smaller full time/part time couples couch, the over head cabinets in the kitchen could have been a bit bigger, maybe a little taller and i would like to see Jayco do this floor plan and remove the second entry door and put a floor to ceiling wardrobe with a combo washer dryer hookups in the bottom and counter top on top for space for laundry supplies and a hanging rack in the top of the wardrobe
Big fan of weird tics 😄 Those, your just-shy-of-dad-humor quips, and especially your word mash-ups are part of why you're going to hit 200k subs soon enough. Well and you know stuff 😉
Uh, Jayco has already made almost this exact floorpan. Jayco Eagle 33FKS, with very few exceptions was like this. This is my favorite floorplan for bumper pull campers. Definitely 3/4 ton pick up is warranted here. Hitch weight is well in excess of almost all 1/4 ton trucks. Also, it's not how much you can pull, it's how much can you stop.
Yeah there's always a cyclical "what's old is new again" thing out there. Rockwood also made the 2608BS years before that layout was popular then RE-Released as the 2608BS. Funny how that happens.
I like the telescope ladder because the fixed ladder is straight up and down and I have disabilities and the telescope ladder would be better fir that. Can you get a bigger sofa and slide the two chairs out and only use them and the table if guests are over.you could pull the table out then
Love this layout! 27RB was our favorite, then we really like the 29 RL and now this 26FK is great!! One quick question, in road mode, I don't have a problem using both doors but can you sleep on the bed and/or use the seating with the slides in? I still don't know if you can use the these items with the slides in. In my mind you should be able too but I don't know how the slides work. It would be nice to sleep without having to run the slide out. Maybe you can clarify for me. Thanks and great videos as always.
A couple of those hanger people hanging in the pantry closet & drawer by the door! I like that as you come in the door. Huge nice tv entertainment center, Jayco quality everywhere! When you see the Jayco people, struts to hold up the storage overhead, there is literally no way you can put anything in them, because there is nothing holding it in???, I exit on this note, great that there's a second door, but why couldn't it have the same stairs as the main entrance???
Well you had me for a minute, because we Love Jayco…we’ve owned a Jayco TT for several years now, but For the price I guess I’m still set on the Dutchman Astoria 2913FK
Not sure what pricing info you're seeing. These aren't really in production yet to my knowledge so perhaps seeing an estimated MSRP has skewed the perception? Also -- that Astoria is a solid version of this layout. The extra length it has offers some great storage
I just went out on the interwebs and RV Trader and saw pricing in in the $45k range..around the same as the Astoria. I’m also not a fan of the second door in the bedroom…just a few little details that make me prefer the Astoria.
@@JoshtheRVNerd I actually went looking to see if there was a booth dinette option on this new model. And was curious about other decor colors..wanted to see the darker taupe you mentioned..
