No, Maggie didn't give Luther the wanted poster. He found it himself, he was already not trusting the two of them, and he told Negan they BOTH needed to leave. But also, like Josh said, Maggie still needs Negan.

U guys still assume Maggie and negan are working together. Maggie lied to Negan and is going to trade Negan for her son. Ginnie ran away from Hilltop to WARN negan about Maggie Lying! Maggie said the Croat took all their grain- when Ginnie was at hilltop she saw all the grain and was offered BREAD. She knows Maggie lied.

Oh, there's definitely a season 2. The actress for Ginny was on a talk show a little ways back, and she said she was getting ready to go back to Jersey to film season 2. Not just that though, Lauren Cohan said she wants it to go for 4 or 5 seasons.

It seems they're showing us Maggie struggling with her humanity and the lengths she'll go to protect Herschel. I think the struggle will help her come to terms with Negan as well. I don't think she'll burn the dino, that's just not Maggie to leave a kid in this dangerous city with no help. And we see Ginny standing behind Maggie in the promo for next week -

Great episode. This series is good! Side note: Why didn't they decide to air Dead City in June, Daryl Dixon in August and Summit in October? That would've been great. Probably want to spread it out, which I get, but it truly sucks that we have to wait till 2024 to see Rick again and I bet it won't air until fall 24.

I agree completely that if there is a S2.. they need to revamp, and do something else than just the usual misery-porn regarding Glenn and their shared history - it was already gathering mold on the main show.. its not gotten better. From everything I've seen and heard, S2 is already greenlit.. but the writers strike fucked things up somewhat - they likely wont announce it until theres a deal there. Regarding the actual episode.. I dug it. It had that vintage feel that we've all been craving. But it's also pretty clear that they're setting things up for the blowout - Maggie being deceitful.. Negan starting to feel that twinge of enjoyment as far as killing goes.. it's all rather transparent. I do hear that the last episode swerves the hell outta all of us and really opens things up though.. so thats interesting.

The high would have been a temporary intense and disorientating high like with solvent abuse, not hallucinogenic like with LSD, etc. Although anything that can make you that dizzy can make shadows and shapes a bit warped, tbh. Also, just imagining what that twice killed and cooked gas would smell like in such an intense hit made me feel queesy as Hell! I think the experience alone would cause some kind of brain damage. Easy to see why that Girl was grinning like a lunatic.

I'm hoping maggie and negan are split at the end because she tried to trade him in but negan ends up with ginny and hesrshel trying to rescue maggie next season, getting negan and hershel to bond as well as hershel and ginny which could possibly open her up to talk l. Plus that'd just be awesome for negan and maggie if their kids fell in love , a whole lot of interesting things could come from that!! But that would also make maggie forgive negan if he saved hershel, kept him safe while they searched for maggie and reunited him with his mom

i think hershal ran away.. i think that negans got this kid sticking like glue.. and maggies boy has run off.. to be with the helmet kids.. he had drawn them. .(which was weird for a 'flashback).. i dont think maggie sold out negan.. or that she is taking him to specifically turn him over.. she didnt know he and croat were in bad with each other.. she initially thought he could sort it somehow.. i think the lie might bee hershal has taken off.. be funny if negan has to take over croats lost boys and kinda ends up staying that way. being the new power generater for methane fuel trading etc. crm might try take it over in a random future story later?

There are some coolers that actually float and stay upright, but they are few Rugged and Yeti both float, but I feel like there is still propensity to tip just enough in current. Now, had she held onto thr coller it woukd have been more believable, especially to the eye

I actually do agree w you that the right kind of cooler could allow a smaller person to float, but imo what was bugging the crap outta me is all her gear had to add more weight and where on earth was all the floating bloated dead that Maggie and negan saw? And they were using a boat w a motor so wouldn't it have been extremely hard for the cooler to get across ? It was just odd, but I mean we do watch a show where the dead come back to life. Lol

I heard they already started filming season 2 of Dead City. Same for Daryl's spinoff. I think that Pearlie is going to hear why Negan killed those guys and that's going to play a part in him going onto their side. They've been green lit for a second season and in that season i hope we get to see Negan's wife and child. I also hope that we get past (again) Maggie's disdain for Negan. That situation needs to move onward, respectfully, and the whole Glenn situation needs to be left in the past. Its been over 15 years yes? Something like that.

You guys haven't been paying attention to the whole TWD universe very well if you actually think Maggie would give him that poster to take Negan out, especially after the recent heart-to-heart. Regardless of what he was in the past and what she's willing to admit, she no longer believes Negan deserves to die and probably has paid for what he's done many times since then, including suffering in a jail cell for years and watching the world pass him by. You don't know these characters at all if you actually believe Maggie still wants to be the cause of his Negan's death.

We forgot Luther had the poster my friend. They continue to put Maggie in a position to make the viewers believe she wants him dead. Yes she’s trying to move on but it will always be hard for her which is rightfully so. We knew this show was going to our Maggie and Negan going back and forth on all the old stuff. That’s what makes it a good show! We also thought that because we don’t think Maggie was truthful about the real circumstances of Hershel’s kidnapping due to the Grain Silo T Hilltop 2 being full and they shows it twice with Ginny looking at it. So that’s why we said. Having an opinion doesn’t mean we don’t know anything about the TWD Universe, it’s an opinion. Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching!

I hope that the writers of the Walking Dead: Dead City actually have a climax and a resolution because so far, all we have seen is a conflict and it's going nowhere. They can't make the same stupid mistakes that the writers of the Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead had made. They need to start making the plot have absolutes and they had better do it fast because this series is only six episodes and they are moving at a slow pace like if they actually have 13 episodes. If they keep on making too many side plots and don't stick to the main plot, they are not going to have enough time to wrap up the whole story. It will end open ended as if they are confident that they are guaranteed to have a second season. The writing in this show is good but not so good that they don't have to worry about ratings. Otherwise, this is going to wind up being just another annoying spin-off that means nothing in the end, like the Walking Dead: World Beyond.

See, told y'all. Maggie's selfish af, her kid matters and no one else's does. She'll burn that dino just to make sure Negan only focuses on her and her kid, not the traumatized little girl who can't even speak and who he's already bonded with and who loves him. Negan honestly seems like a better person than Maggie now. If she sees that girl and stays silent or scares the girl away, I won't even blink if she's eliminated this season, unlike when Glen was crushed. Her great plan is to leave Negan to die, as if that's all it takes for her and Herschel to escape. smh It took Maggie's 'tude to make me a fan of Negan. I want a happy ending for him, that girl and his family he sent away to safety.

Me too. Her starting to burn that girl's dino toy was the last straw. What a selfish heartless thing to do if she has even one suspicion that girl is still alive. Carol with Negan would've been stupendous. What if, after she said she wants multiple seasons of this, Gimple only brought her back to be the bad one and to finish her off in memorable fashion. 😈

So just because Croat is a scientist we are led to believe he has all the chemicals he would need and the correct algorithms to calculate how to turn a dead person into a drug.... sure... did u also know that a nurse can be a neuro surgeon and perform brain surgery... ie he wasnt even that kind of a scientist. Had no degrees in biology or chemistry. That was just lazy writing and so stupid... but as jarell would say "its just a show...its just a show" , and the cooler may float but w her body weight plus all her gear well thats just as negan would say "nope"

Actually he was an alternative energy engineer and methane is the simplest thing to turn into energy if you don't have to transport it, and it naturally causes hallucinations in extreme doses.

@inaruboricua yes I understood that part, but I think what I was trying to say that wasn't coming across the right way is that even if that is ur specialty you will still need to be a chemist, physiologist or biological expert as well in order to turn a body into a chemical like that. Don't get me wrong plz cause I do love this character and this show. "It's just a show" like Jarrell says or Josh's eye rolls during certain parts are what makes their reaction channel so honest and refreshing to see

She is such a damn hypocrit this season and she feels better than everyone else. She is on such a arrogant high horse and that has never happened to me before. And i don't like it at all.

@@alexandrucalitescu5822 Well, first of all they retconned her acceptance to Negan. In the series finale she says clearly that she can't forgive him but that she is accepted as a member of the group. Secondly: All she has done this season has been battering and berating Negan when he truely tries to help her as much as he can. And thirdly, and this was the final drop in the bucket so to speak: In the final scene she actually plans to burn Ginny's toy without even telling Negan. I also find that choice extremely heartless. Sure, Ginny is not is actual daughter but she is his daughter figure. Maggie has a son herself. Imagine how she would feel if someone burned Hershel's baseball cap behind her back and not even tell he. She would be RAVING MAD. That's why i hate Maggie right now.

She was cooler to Negan in this episode than she was the first two episodes...and while it might be annoying, the showrunner is putting that friction between the two of them for the benefit of 1st time viewers/viewers that never watched any TWD.

@@kimberlywilmoth9184 Look, to give Maggie credit i did love the scene between her and Negan when Negan tells her about Annie and i understand what you are saying BUT for people like me who has been invested in Negan & especially Maggie for about 11 seasons, it IS retconning !!. And i don't think that's fair to the original viewers. Also, it goes against anything that Maggie is in my opinion.

@@schlock159 could understand for the first episode and i think it is necessery for the plot. But in this episode she did nothing lol. She confessed to him she accepted the gift for hershel and she listened to him. I really enjoyed their relation in this episode even in the second. She will betraved negan for sure but she will for hershel not against negan but i agree it is really extrem but it is for hershel. I think the show are going too far with maggie for she finally understands herself she is going too far with her hate.. (sorry for my english). And as you i like maggie and negan and i understand your point but for me it is necessary for the next seasons.

Cause they are being honest. These shows do have ton of flaws and some ridiculous moments and if u don't like reactors that are being true to themselves then just go away. Cause these guys obviously love twd shows and they have made it crystal clear they are not silly fanboys but real fans!!!
