TWD Trivia: The writers were going to write Carol off the show before this episode Melissa McBride talked to the producer and writers and convinced them to keep Carol alive that there was a great opportunity for Carol’s character development They agreed and didn’t kill her off. This was a great episode Rick’s trip to Crazy town Daryl’s character development and backstory is getting a huge kickstart and Carol is saved by Daryl Merle is a very conflicted character He wants to be with his brother I think he is realizing the Governor doesn’t trust him and vice versa and Merle will do pretty much anything to get to Daryl I think Merle killed the kid Neil Gargulio because he said he was going to tell the Governor and as mentioned Merle doesn’t trust him much Great reactions Grant.
I couldn’t quite tell from the audio when Rick was on the phone to his shattered mind but I seem to recall as he was talking to Lori her voice started breaking up like the phone line had static or something that was his mind slowly putting itself back together and when he slowly and deliberately hung up the receiver that was his mind fully taking control again and I feel like the phone calls were Rick’s way of saying goodbye to Lori Very well done scene.
You never lost hope in Carol still being alive. No spoilers but your insight about Michonne being a good judge of character is right on. And she is indeed the baddest! Her bad-assery is perfect for what's coming! Hang on to your britches! Stuff is going to get so very good!
What happened with Lori and Rick was a perfect example of why you shouldn't wait to tell your loved ones how you feel and fix things, especially that you love them. Let then know that you care. You can have the mindset of procrastinating for when you have time all you want, but time is not guaranteed, especially in this world... I think it's also a perfect example of why you shouldn't be afraid to ask for help. Rick placing all of that weight and burden on his own shoulders alone, those knees were bound to buckle eventually, especially under the hardships that the group had been enduring for the past 8 months. Lucky for him, his group was capable enough to pick up some of the weight and burdens that while he spiraled, but Rick needs to understand that he can only do so much, especially alone...
RIP Gargulio this man was just trying his best to help. I’m hoping Merle can redeem himself and be part of our group again imagine how overpowered our group would become with him and Daryl both on our side. I definitely think Carl is still taking his mom’s death hard he’s only a kid still, that’s a lot for a kid to deal with mentally and add on the fact he had to shoot her. He’s most likely hasn’t had the time to emotionally process the situation , it only happened a few days ago
Andrea is attracted to toxic guys. So yeah trash queen. Lol Your *67 killed me, I also thought of Shirley from Courage the Cowardly Dog being the phone to the spirit world. Lol Also, yes Michonne is already my favorite at this point when I watched this season way back in 2012 I think was the year The Prison Saga started. I'm sure you will only grow to love her more and more. Especially her interactions with Rick (no spoilers) lol Also, that phone scene reminds me of a very terrifying mental horror film "Session 9." Hershel is MVP forever. ❤👏🏻 Also, Andrew Lincoln still (to this day) has no Emmy for this amazing preformance. Here's to hoping the Emmy's nominate him (and Danai) for The Ones Who Live. 🙏🏻
@@NMDmovies the first 3 seasons are very good and season 3 is in my opinion on par or better than most of the walking dead. tho sadly after that it lowers a bit in quality. It also follows the days right after the apocalypse which the wakling dead skips over with rick being in a coma. I think purely for the first 3 seasons and especially 3 it’s worth a watch.
@@NMDmovies FTWD is a really good show but only for the first 3 seasons. Last season is the worst stuff I've seen on TV. But seasons 1-3 are reallyyy goood
