Moses Moody IS A RISING STAR! Lockdown defender! His shot is as smooth as a baby's bottom!! All he needs is more mins!!! Klay is good for 20 mins -- give Moses 10 more!
Podz, Lester, Moody, JK and TJD will be the best young bench players next yr!!! We finally have a team to push forward within our diminishing core. If the trade Wiggins in the summer and start JK….that will take us to another level
EXCELLENT TAKE O THE YOUNG WARRIORS. I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING THAT YOU SAID REGARDING THEIR FUTURE. THE TEAM ONLY NEEDS 1 BIG AND THEY’LL BE COMPLETELY SET. I ALSO THINK THEY SHOULD KEEP WIGGINS.
Sorry - not sorry -that I told you so! Before the season, I opined that, by the All Star Game, the Dubs' bench itself could rock with the Top 10 teams in the league onced they got the minutes to mesh. I offered that the insane quality sitting there would provide the Dubs with the unique (unheard of?) opportunity to seriously start the rebuilding process over this year while still vying for a championship. Well, folks, here we are! Kerr finally figured out how to manage such talent in a strategically productive way and now the Dubs, when everyone is on, are virtually undefendable. Whereever they go this year - maybe shortcircuited by suspensions injuries, slow starts by Klay and WIggs and how to incorporate the bench at the start of the season - it is abundantly clear that NEXT year is going to be a year to remember.
These young talents are more than ready, but Steph and Green need to incorporate them much better than now. Give them some respect!!! For Podz, he should aim for the true point guard like CP3, not Curry. Recently, Podz looks like wanting to create for himself more than create for others.
The only weakness of the franchise over the years ahs been an inability to take YES for an answer. After 2022, with a stable championship roster which knew the system and each other, the Warriors offloaded half of them and dropped to irrelevance. Now, again, after tinkering and jiggering their new pieces into place, they look ready to make another title run, EXCEPT that they are one piece short -- a true center. I fear that, in their fervor to find Son of Bogut, they will trade half of their future away. Why not try this? Keep the incredibly deep 4 position team intact, and scour Eastern Europe for a sleeper 7 footer. The Balkan peninsula seems to be awash with them right now. Under no circumstances should they give up, say, Kuminga, Moody and 3 future #1 draft choices for a 32 year old, injury-prone former one-time All-Star center averaging 6.0/3/2. But the history is there, so I'm not optimistic. On the other hand, they might give up Kuminga, Moody, three #1 picks AND BP for The Beard. Don't laugh.
